Firstly I must say this place is awesome!!! My car was at the dealership to get "fixed" ( engine replacement) and after it was "fixed" a job i was told would have taken 4-6 weeks for delivery of a new engine... it ended up taking 4 days smh i knew somthing was up by that turn-around time . I picked my car up on Friday 10/17 it stalled on me 3 times not even 72 hours after picking it up from there . They refused to take a second look just to make sure everything was done correctly as i asked them to .I had to call a tow company to get my vehicle from there to an auto mechanic shop because the dealership was telling me that I now needed a new catalytic converter almost $6000 their reason being -that it was clogged hence the reason my car was stalling. I never believed them . Fast forward to quality first towing me to their shop and diagnosing the problem within a day . Turns out that there was a ground cable that was not installed properly. These guys saved me thousands of dollars . They are my new mechanics after today! The shop is clean and I believe them to be fair with pricing .
Quality 1st towing took my car today from in front of my house to the mechanic because I couldn’t get it started. From the minute, they were contacted to the middle the car was dropped off the communication was second to none throughout the entire process. The driver was professional, safe and courteous. Quality 1st was extremely helpful with towing my car to the tire shop. My tire blew while on the highway from NJ to PA and they were the first company I called. They were very efficient and came arrived 30 minutes from the time that I called them. Highly recommend this company!
I honestly was very pleased with this service. My tow guy came even quicker than he said. Although we could see that long flatbed couldn’t make it up my long tortuous driveway, he figured out an alternative with his strong battery charger. It worked, and we had a pleasant conversation. I am getting a slight rebate because he didn’t need to tow. Would definitely recommend. I am in Caldwell.

I want to share of such a great experience getting my car towed. The car broke down on Route 34. Our tow guy was absolutely excellent. We were feeling down and his attitude changed our night. He has an infectious smile and positive energy. They say attitude is everything! He had the car loaded up and ready to go in 5 minutes! Fastest I’ve ever been part of. He was fast and made sure everything was secure and safe. . He made sure we were ok. He was a guy who took his job seriously but also was happy and fun. I would recommend this tow company to everyone. He did a great job and all companies should have people like him. Thanks again for great tow!
Quality 1st time was prompt came to my home in a timely manner. It was a AAA service call. AAA stated that they will be there in an 1hr and 45 minutes soon after I received a text from the driver saying that he will be here in 20 minutes and exactly 20 minutes. He was at my home towing my car he was very friendly And polite . I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
Had a flat in my driveway, quality towiyresponded to the call, driver was super professional and polite, kept me informed on his arrival time, and in no time, with a lot of Care ,put the car on the truck and brought it to the dealership for me. Highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with this company.The customer service team was excellent and very helpful from start to finish. They kept me updated and even followed up with a call and text afterward to make sure everything went smoothly.
The driver was also professional and went the extra mile by checking in to confirm that my vehicle had received the service I needed. He even mentioned that they have multiple service stations in my area if I ever need help again.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and the follow-up care. It’s rare to find a company that truly prioritizes customer satisfaction, but Quality 1st Towing definitely does. I’d highly recommend them!! And will definitely use there services in the near future.

Had a flat tire on my way to work one morning and required a flatbed transport of my vehicle to the repair/service center. The truck arrived promptly and my vehicle was quickly loaded. I was able to ride with the driver and he was very helpful and informative regarding upcoming procedures once we arrived at the repair center. Very thankful for his help during that stressful time.
The truck was there before the estimated time from AAA and the driver Jesse called me. When I arrived he quickly checked the issue just in case ( car wouldn’t start even though the battery was new ) and then carefully pulled the car onto the flatbed. When we arrived at the dealership, again he carefully moved the car onto the parking area and left with thanks and a handshake. No stress and I appreciate someone who is personable and does a good job.
Quality 1st Towing helped me out tremendously. I was on my way to PA from NY and my vehicle broke down on me while driving on the NJ Turnpike and I had family with me as well. I called my insurance company but the company they provided couldn't assist me as I needed the car towed back to NY. After doing research and seeing good reviews, I decided to give Quality 1st a call. The dispatcher, Peter, who I spoke with was very professional and courteous. They were ready to send out a driver within 30 mins. Unfortunately I was not ready as I needed to have the vehicle moved away from the turnpike through Emergency Services and needed my other family members to come with another vehicle as I had to transfer my personal belongings and family safely. After informing them I was ready, they were still able to have a driver out to me within 30 mins. The driver Chris (I believe this was name, apologizes in advance), was quick and took care of things right away and carefully. He brought my car safely back to NY. I would highly recommend this company as the service was great and pricing was reasonable.

The driver was very professional and delivered my vehicle with no issue, it did take about 3 hours for them to arrive after my initial call but it was also a very rainy and busy Sunday morning, they did confirm that I was safe and not on the side of the road ( my starter burned out in a parking lot). They also were able to accommodate a large pickup truck with no issue.
This company provides excellent service from the first call to the follow-up text. They said they would send someone within the hour and arrived 15 minutes later. Vaughn was the driver. He was kind, professional, efficient and incredibly competent. He was so pleasant to work with from the first hello. The owner of the company reached out the next morning to make sure I was happy with the service I received. Wow. When does that happen? That's a first for me from a towing company. Their aim seems to be to go above and beyond on every call, and on this one they did just that!
I wound up slicing my rear tire on a curb. As my car did not come with a spare tire, I had to call AAA. The truck came in less than the projected time. The young man who arrived (I wish I had asked his name!) Was wonderful. I am a senior citizen and had trouble getting into the truck. He asked how he could help. I said I didn't know how he could help. He was very patient! I finally did get in. When we got to the location he came around to the passenger side and asked if I needed help getting out. He said I could put my hand on his shoulder. Very kind! He competently got my car on and off the truck and left it in a parking spot at the tire store. He drove safely. He was great. I give him 5 stars!*****

Awesome service with the best price I found at the last minute. I had to transport my vehicle with a suspended license to a few towns over. The agent over the phone was extremely helpful and friendly offering a multitude of payment options. The operator was down to earth and friendly. We even stopped at an ATM so I could get cash. Great company for last minute or emergency towing. We had a great conversation on the ride too. I fully recommend!!

This review is purely for the driver. While I was picking up an order at Sam’s Club today, the driver pulled up and blocked me in. I asked him very nicely to give me 30 seconds to pull out as my groceries had already been loaded in my car. He looked at me and retorted, “There’s no difference between what you’re doing and what I’m doing. We are both making a pick up.” While in theory, he’s certainly correct, my pick up had already been completed and I just asked kindly to be allowed to pull out before he blocked me in. His pick up was going to take at least another 10 to 15 minutes while he lowered his ramp hooked up the car, pulled the car up onto the bed and then made sure everything was set before finally pulling away. There was absolutely no reason for his behavior. While towing, may be quality first, the quality and behavior of the employees certainly is not and certainly leaves one questioning what else is going on with this guy who seems to lack any respect for another company’s business (Sam’s Club). Seems Quality 1st should do a better job at finding employees who are actually capable of providing “Wiality 1st.” Even the nice gentleman who loaded my car with groceries was completely dumbfounded.
Absolute please dealing with Quality 1st last night… Had an issue with show car and needed to be towed home over an hour away from where I was. Response was fairly quick, driver was great and treated my car in a clean, smooth, secure way to prevent any damage. Thanks again and I appreciate it. Teddy
I want to thank James Carrol of Quality 1st Towing for carefully picking up my antique 1954 MGTF and bringing it to my mechanic. James was a lot of fun to ride with, I truly enjoyed riding with him in the pickup truck. He was so careful with my car. As a university professor I give James an A++ for being outstanding!
