I knew that I would likely need brakes and my tire sensor lights had been on for quite a while. Tom and co. were forthcoming on what was needed and transparent with pricing. Nice to have found a trustworthy mechanic.
I would definitely recommend Franks’s and will continue to bring my cars. Tom and team are very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and communicate clearly. They helped source a part that isn’t readily available and they were very open to work on a 30 year old classic vehicle. It’s hard to find places that offer this level of service these days and Frank’s delivers!

I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.

The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.
Frank's continues to be my go to mechanic shop. They are always respectful and the service is prompt. Not once have I felt like I was trying to be upsold or ripped off. I have been a customer since moving to the area 5 years ago and I don't see that changing.

Frank’s is a great local car repair shop. There have been several times where they could have charged me more or recommended services I didn’t need, and I wouldn’t have known the difference, but they didn’t do that. It’s a good feeling to trust your car repair shop.
This was the very first time that I did an inspection at an Auto Repair Establishment. I was treated with the upmost hospitality. I was offered coffee while waiting as I watched the professionalism of the staff. My appointment was scheduled for at least twenty minutes. It didn’t last that long. I was completely happy with my experience. I recommend them highly.

Once again Tom and his team at Frank’s Auto Repair proved they only care about their customers. I took my daughter’s car for a basic oil change and new brakes based on a Mazda dealer trying to get her to replace the brakes. After Tom’s technician looked at the situation he determined there was no need for brakes right now. He suggested there was at least a year or more before it was necessary. Frank’s was recommended to me by a coworker. I initially took my car in for an oil change. Everything went well. When I picked my car up I was told that my tires were beyond bad. They gave me a quote which I felt was very fair and when I picked my car up it was actually less than what they quoted me. They took care of everything; 4 new tires, alignment, sensors. I am very happy with the service I received and appreciate their care in keeping me safe. I will continue to use Frank’s for my car needs and will recommend them to everyone.

I reached out to Frank’s to figure out why my 2015 Jeep was leaking. After a quick look, they identified the issue with the radiator. Tom clearly explained all the work involved to do the replacement. The price to do the work was very reasonable and the work was done super fast. My Jeep is now driving really well. I very highly recommend Franks Auto Repair for all of your car needs. They are very professional and inform you of every detail of the service. I have been to Franks in the recent past but specifically, recently, I was there for a complicated issue with my rear lift gate latch assembly and electrical shock assembly. Tom was amazing and solved the issue perfectly. It works perfectly! You have any car issue---go to Franks Auto and it will be solved. Again, VERY highly recommend!!! Ask for Tom - he is the BEST!
