Needed to get my window fixed after a break in. I called made the appointment the night before, they were fast and very helpful, they even vacuumed the glass out of the car.

I've went to Tom at Eliz Auto Glass 4 times now in the past 5 yrs for various broken windows etc from lowlife's who saw a few quarters & they have ALWAYS had the best price for a window replacement. Super personable, friendly place & a great alternative to overpriced, new dealer glass - Earl (rear pass. window replaced 5/5/23)

I called on a Friday afternoon and they had my window for me the next morning. It was installed within 1 1/2 hrs. Amazing service! They even vacuumed the broken glass from the back seat! Thank you again!

The environment from the time I walked into the shop was off. The workers were extra respectful, courteous, and helpful. I believe two Latino guys one assisting me when I pulled up and one at the counter when I approached. The manager or owner. I guess didn't have a WELCOMING! The attitude seemed a little standoffish! The tone of his voice. I can't put my finger on it. 🤔

I drive a tractor trailer and had an emergency when my window shattered on my Kenworth T680 one morning. They were able to work me in when I arrived in the afternoon and had my window replaced and had me back on the road quickly. The price seemed reasonable for these days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Elizabeth Auto Glass for making a bad situation much better.

After a month of back and forth with safe lite not getting the correct windshield for my 2000 Chevy Tahoe, Elizabeth Auto Glass delivered in two days installed, and lower cost than the other previously quoted unobtainable safe lite glass....Well done Tom.

Cool guys,nice prices for my car parts.

So, I went out to my car one day to find the driver's window down. The only problem was, it was rolled up when I left it. The glass was intact, but the window itself had just slipped down into the door and wouldn't roll back up. I'm a do-it-yourself-er, so I turned to the internet for advice. It turns out that the window regulator had broken. I found directions on how to replace it, but it was a bit beyond my skill set and the part itself wasn't cheap. I called Elizabeth Auto Glass for a quote and was pleased to hear that they'd do it all for about 70 bucks more than the cost of the part. Tim was very helpful! He ordered the part (with a credit card deposit over the phone) and had it waiting when I arrived a couple of hours later. I brought some work to do, because it seemed like this might take awhile. They even had a table where I could spread out. But I was back on the road again in less than 30 minutes!!! Top-notch service! Good-quality work! Done in a flash! Sounds like a winning combination to me!!!

Found what I need great clean junk yard

Replaced windshield. First, there was and continues to be noise when driving on the highway. I brought it back but was never resolved. Worse, my wiper blades stopped working on the NJ Turnpike in the middle of heavy rains. Turns out the wiper stud wasn't tightened properly after they had replaced the windshield. On the whole, a disappointing experience.

This place is great. They swapped out the window to our work truck and got us back on the road really quick. Definitely my new go to spot.

They are so good. I needed a quarter glass for my Chevy Malibu 08. They charged me 160dls. any other place was asking for 300dls-350dls. Take my advice.
