Pedro was absolutely awesome! He was very attentive, incredibly patient, and quick to respond. My grandmother, who is in her late 70s, was driving my dad to the courthouse on a rainy day when her car suddenly shut off. It was pouring rain, and we were in an urgent situation. I called the nearest towing company I could find, and Pedro answered right away on the first ring.
He was patient despite the challenge of locating my grandmother, who isn’t the easiest person to communicate with. Still, he figured it out and stayed kind and calm the whole time. On top of that, he gave her his own car charger when her phone was at just 2% — something I’ll never forget.
I couldn’t be there for her because I was home caring for my baby, but Pedro made it feel like I was right there by her side. His service was more than professional — it was heartfelt. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs someone reliable and compassionate. Truly a blessing!
I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty I experienced with Tuminos Towing. After they towed my car, not only did they cause unnecessary stress, but they also went through my vehicle and stole money and gold pendants that were in it. I was horrified when I discovered my belongings were missing. They kept telling me they’re not allowed to clean out vehicles but obviously someone did, everything from their end was sketchy so i’m 100% believing it was them.
To make matters worse, when I tried to resolve the situation, they lied to my insurance company, claiming I went in person to clean out my car. This was absolutely false, as I had not been to their lot at all. Their blatant dishonesty and total disregard for my property are beyond frustrating.
If you’re considering using this towing service, stay far away. They not only mishandled the towing process but also engaged in theft and deception. They clearly cannot be trusted, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
Good prices always and always available 24/7 so yeah and very nice and kind. You can always ride with him to wherever your car is getting towed at. And again good prices
PEDRO IS THE BEST! Initially called for a tow, but he did his best to make sure I could drive my car safely home and gave my car one last try at a jump and charge! Saved me so much time and money! Very efficient, fast, and friendly!
My mother got her car keys inside her car and we were really afraid there would be a miscommunication problem since she don’t speak English .I called the company and immediately Freddy was on point in English and Spanish !And assured my mom pretty fast at the place she was located .I would Deff recommend this company and would use their services one more time !

If your like me and have a hard time trusting Tow companies. Then do yourself a favor and hire TUMI TOWING. I needed my vehicle towed from Roselle to Bayonne and TUMI was on time and professional and there prices are very reasonable. My driver Pedro was extremely nice and professional I highly recommend him!
They were very professional and reliable. I used them a few times already. I would recommend. Even took me back home after dropping off my car at the shop.
I contacted Tumi Towing and immediate response. They pulled up in less than 15mins and before you know After introducing himself Pedro took out his equipment and immediately got to work. Tire was replaced in less than 7mims. Not only did Pedro do an awesome Job He placed the old busted tire and my car tools In the trunk and even recommended a tire repair shop near by!. Applause!
So today I was driving to Tropicana in Elizabeth and when I parked into the lot, my car had died, so I tried jumpstarting it with my battery booster and nothing worked. Which led me to my last option which was a tow truck, I called them and they told me how much it would be. They got here within the time they had told me. They were quick to come and once they arrived they towed my car back to my house. I really appreciated them for helping because I was stranded at the diner on a Friday afternoon and the owners of the diner had told me I had to remove the car by Saturday since Saturdays are their busiest days. Luckily their services were amazing, easy and polite. They helped me get my car back safely home :). I would recommend them 100%
