The only company in the area that would tow my car in the middle of the night before snow was on the way. Price is reasonable and service was friendly and prompt. They even took the car to the mechanic for me so I could go home in the opposite direction. Highly recommend!

My uncle broke down in Union I called he said he has one close he told me send him deposit Now I know why because he was Lying he did not have one close so I wouldn't call nowhere else He came 2 hours later I called at 8:30 My uncle hasn't got home yet his driver got there said now he needs to go pick up another car it's now 11:20 If he would have told me the truth from the beginning I would not send him no money never again I will never use this service My car could brake down in front of his Business Don't recommend this towing company to nobody unless you want to get lied to and taken advantage of

Everyone in town was giving me the run around to get my car picked up from the impound because they were afraid to “waste there time there” i called these guys they came quick and fast!! Handled everything for me let me take my things out the car and even gave me $500 for my junk car even tho it was totaled, highly appreciate it my wife was some what relieved because we were able to cover the storage charges with that !! Once again my other car got stuck in Woodbridge from a broken timing belt and my boys came thru and helped me out at a great price and w great service. Around 7:30 PM EST, My dad car was stuck and stopped working due to flood that took place on June 14th. He called his new towing vehicle service that he recently joined. they said they will be there in 3 hours time to pick him up.. 3 hours has passed my dad was still stranded. He was stranded still at 12:AM. So I decided to go Google towing vehicles around Elizabeth, and send my dad multiple numbers to call. He ended up calling Majetta’s and they told him they will arrived in 45 minutes. Communication was straight to the point and they arrived like they said they would. Very grateful for the assistance
This company is a LIFESAVER. My family and I were stranded on the highway. Triple A was unreachable and when we were able to get a hold of someone, they gave us a wait time of 3 hours. I found Majetta’s towing from a quick google search and they arrived to me within 15 minutes. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful to dispatch a truck to me— if you’re from NJ, you know how difficult it can be for someone to locate you on the turnpike. Nonetheless, a kind gentleman arrived and jump started our vehicle, getting me and my family on our way. Eternally grateful for this professional company for helping us.
Literally such a kind hearted guy. I blew out my tire, didn’t know what I was doing, and was (embarrassingly) crying. He couldn’t tow me since I was so far out, but he helped me find places to call and even went as far as to contact people he knew to see if they could help. Thanks to him I was able to find someone closer who could bring me a spare tire so I wouldn’t have to spend $300 on just towing. I would fight for this guy.
I waited the 2 hour eta like the man on the phone asked. After that time I called a few times to get an eta. They don’t have a voicemail box set up. Instead they text me back saying can I call you later. I find it super unprofessional, at the least invest in an office phone where one can leave a message. Not texting through iMessage like were buddy’s. I know in your business it’s fluid and things happen. But when you confirm an eta of 2 hours, and you’re going to miss that time frame. The professional thing would be to update your customer. Not ghost them. I’d never recommend you.

Never received such a better service like I did yesterday. Picked up the phone right away, sent a live pickup time, gave affordable pricing, even sent a message the following day to see if everything was okay. Top it all the sense of humor made the experience even better. 10 outta 10 service.
