My transmission overheated on Interstate 287 North Express lanes near mile marker 22. Two State Troopers showed up and set up flares and called Mike's Towing because of the hazardous location I was at. Alex (Lex) arrived within a few minutes. He loaded my truck up onto the tow bed and quickly got me to a safe parking lot location in Bridgewater. Now I can safely wait for AAA to get my truck the rest of the way to the Aamco shop in Metuchen. Lex was extremely nice and courteous.
This guy is a wonderful person.. he was prompt, respectful, professional, and he even made me feel better about what was wrong with my vehicle… I’m sorry if I’m spelling the name wrong but is is good that I took a photo of him wishing me luck with the job to be done on my car… Thanks Lex for everything!

I experienced total steering loss on the way to a job interview. I managed to make it to the interview but I was stranded afterwards. I was lucky enough to end up on a great driver Lex who was able to pick me up within 20 minutes of calling. He kept me warm in the truck, took care of my car, and got me and my car safely to a dealership within 10 minutes. I would definitely rely on this service and Lex in the future!

Your driver with plate number XEDZ33 almost killed me last night driving on a dark road on East Main Street at 12:05 am. He was driving like an absolute maniac tailgating me with high beams on and every time I switched lanes to give him the opportunity to pass me he switched to same lane as me with high beams on blinding me and I almost crashed not being able to see forced to drive fast and blinded by his high beams. He should be off the road and in jail!!!

Timing belt broke, so I called 911. Within 5 minutes a cruiser was on the scene... the friendly officer called us in and within 30 minutes LEX of Mike's Towing, out of Bridgewater, was on scene, and a few minutes later we were on our way home. I had a loaded steel trailer in a holding lot for a fire,ems,and police station. And it sank in the lot up to the king pin skid plate. I call Mike's and they came out to the lot and got it. With a 50 ton rotating wrecker. And it saved the load, and the safety of my truck, and materials weren't destroyed or harmed in any way. That as Mike's for a great job
