I am restoring a 56 Buick Roadmaster. Cars LLC has many unique parts that can't be found elsewhere, I have made many purchases over the years. I certain part did not fit (jack case), it was a bit to narrow on the bottom end. I spoke to Logan and he took care of me.
I would like to thank this company from the bottom of my heart for getting my seat covers for my 1972 Buick GS they were able to get them for me in one weeks time I highly recommend this company they are the best specially the gentleman that helped me over the phone. JOE
Bought a set of taillight lenses and gaskets for my 71 skylark. Nice new parts and they have some of the obscure stuff for my sedan. I hope to place a much larger order soon for door seals, overflow tank and other small things for the same car
1st order was great, 2nd order was forgotten about and then sent after I called back two weeks later then received it a week after. The 3rd order is going on 3 months and cannot track it.it was a 1300 dollar purchase all in. I'm not upset just disappointed. I will continue to order from you as I have alot more items I need.
I ordered a catalog after speaking with a dara. I explained to her I owned a Buick as my first car when I was young thats how I decided to work on them for a living. I was ordering parts and got confused with a number in the catalog and she sent me a new one. I’d much rather order from 5 states away with this customer service than in my own state. The catalog came fast and in perfect condition. Thank you.
If you call them and ask for Kevin you will have quicker response time as far as ordering and shipping. They have an eBay site but not everything is listed on eBay so calling is better way.
I have used these guys before without any problems but on the last occasion I ordered a manifold part that required manufacturing, after a year of being told it was on order I was finally informed they were looking for a new supplier (Pre COVID). I asked for a refund, which they would not give but promised me credit on my next purchase. I have repeatedly asked for how I can spend my credit, which is a substantial amount, and receive no replies.
These guys promise items they cant deliver and will happily take your hard earned $$, think really hard before using them and check they actually have the part you pay for. Don't expect any reply from emails as well.
Had a great experience ordering from CARS! They have a huge selection and everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable of what I needed. Will definitely order from here again.
Order didn't arrive until three weeks after estimated arrival time, due to company taking their sweet time mailing it. On website it said that gaskets were included, which there were none when I received the package. Ordered valve covers for 350 engine, but the covers I received were for a much smaller engine. Company attempted to scam me for additional payment in order to ship my order. When I attempted to contact the owner, I was told that they were rarely available to talk to. Don't give this company any of your money.

Before discovering their website I was ordering thru our local dealership, the parts took forever to arrive! With cars my order arrives in less than 2wks. After ordered!
