Milly is the best!!!..Kind and willing to go the extra mile..when it comes to caring for her residents..it takes a special person to care for others and that's who she is..VERY APPRECIATED!!?????
All of the staff goes out of their way to care for their patients but Millie stands out. Her experience and degree of caring are not only good for her patients but also for the family. Jeanette, Chantel, and Marilou are fast, efficient and caring when taking care of my wife.
Mildred, Mary love and Dustin are very excellent aides. My husband likes them and always say are good they are with him. Mildred is the reason my husband is back to that rehab cause she was so good to him and always takes good care of him no matter the side of the building he was .
Millie Lewis has been takes care of our cousin who is currently in rehab. We are very thankful to have such a wonderful lady taking care of our family member.

Mildred is by far one of the best aides that works for big oaks. I met her few months ago while taking care of my relative. Mildred has always been nice, and pleasant and most importantly very patient with the residents.

I was expecting her voicemail but she answered (>asking herself who's calling me from a (213)< this late & our journey began for the second time Stacy jump right in Stacy stayed on the phone 2 hrs Stacy provided info guidance, resources & policies procedure I ask what about Big Oak if they will take him back she but to call in the morning when she gets to her Office to discuss it with supervisor People dont understand how hard it can be when your trying to care for your Love Ones but living states away...? If nobody told u You are Amazing you are Important you make a Difference You are incredible So keep on being you because the world needs more of who you Are again Thank you a Billion time over...

This place is absolutely disgusting. My boyfriend’s just had to sign out his grandma out of this place not even an hour ago due to bugs being in the food. When she brought it up it one of the nurses they had the audacity to smirk in her face and tell her it was perfectly fine, mind you when we saw the food you could see the bug actively crawling around the food. Also, they placed her food on a table furthest away from her even tho she was in there for to 2 broken legs. This place is seriously not somewhere you want to put your loved ones. This place is disgusting and disgraceful and should be investigated. I WILL NEVER recommend this ”rehabilitation” center to anyone.
THANKS to Big Oaks Rehab for saving the lives of my closest patients. I have referred several patients to this SNF due to their diligence, quality of care and passion to help patients get better and back to a quality standard of living. I have worked with Big Oaks for several years and I've had a great experience with communicating with staff nurse, nursing administration, executive staff and PT/OT. Moreover, their detailed plan of care captured the patients lifestyle then completed an assessment that allowed them to discharge to a safe place with the support they needed due to staffs competence and excellence in service delivery. THANK YOU Stacy, Gina Marie and Refael. I also want to recognize the staff and nursing administration for being their for my patients when I know it was not always easy and to the CNA and staff that kept their interests on support patients to help keep them healthy and fed. My grandmother was recently here and she thought all the staff, especially Ms Mary Love were kind and helpful. The only reason I will give it a 4 star rating is because the food was very unappealing.
My mother is here now for rehab. Everything has been good so far. Millie Lewis has been so wonderful with my mom. I can’t thank her enough or say enough good things about her. She is an amazing person. I feel good knowing that she is there for my mom’
My best friend’s mother is a patient at Big Oak. She loves her aide Millie. She is very compassionate, kind and caring. She takes excellent care of our Betty.

The 5 star review goes to Ms. Millie Lewis for her attentive care, compassion and kindness with my mother. Not only does she treat mom like her own, she goes over and beyond to assist and comfort mom when mom is having a rough time with adjusting to her surroundings. Ms Millie shows empathy with her patients and has built trust with all that she comes in contact with. Her work ethic is exceptionally excellent and shows that she enjoys Caring for others. Big oaks nurse crystal smith has done a wonderful job with my grandmother. My grandmother really likes crystal. Her kindness and caring has made my grandmothers stay wonderful. She truly enjoys having her as her nurse.
Staff are very nice and helpful. Jordyn G. one of the LPN's there is very sweet and caring with the patients and their families. She takes her time and actually talks with you and makes you feel comfortable
Years ago, this place was not generally on my recommended list for pt rehabs. However, it's under new ownership and they are making improvements steadily. It's small and cozy. They have a lower turnover rate for staff, which helps. I meant the new director who seems very engaged and dedicated to change.
Big oak is truly a diamond in the rough. Eric, Dustin, and Lizzy were amazing with my Dad. From the minute my Dad arrived to this facility Eric was very attentive, he went through the admissions paperwork with us, listened to our concerned, and truly treated my Dad like family from that moment on. Eric and Dustin together is an unstoppable combination and they have so much drive and passion for the work that they do. We greatly appreciate you. The physical therapy department was working well with my Dad and he had some significant gains, this rehab has been one of the only places to give my Dad the services he needed while there and we thank you for that as well. We hope that my Dad will be able to get back to this rehab soon so that our dreams of my Dad making a full recovery become our reality. Thank you for all that you do, it is hard to find good nurses and nursing staff these days and to Eric&Dustin we could never ever thank you enough. The rest of the staff as well, you were great but these 3 went above and beyond.
