I purchased a car battery today and asked for assistances in switching the battery and no one there “knew” how to do it or even attempted to provide assistance. I was trying to find solutions since I wanted to trade in my old battery but the lack of customer survive and support is astounding. Horrible customer service.

Oge was incredible and helped me find exactly what I needed with my car. He was so kind and patient, answering all my questions. Thank you again for your wonderful customer service

I went in there for a headlight replacement bulb. Sean, the manager looked it up, went and got it for me and I was standing there at the register. I remember to get wipers so we told me which size I needed. I got mid priced wipers as he rang them up he said there was a promotion for a free gown of windshield washer, which you could easily said nothing and I wouldn’t have known so I recommend this place. Sean was good.

Oge and Thomas were a great help. I love coming to this store. These two Guys are the best.!

Rude. Inquired about battery testing and before I could finish my sentence the employee barked “machine’s broken” and turned away.

Stopped by for a battery install. Joshua the PSM came out and installed the battery in the freezing cold and was very professional. Thank you for your hard work

Love this Auto Zone in Woodland Park. They were so professional and Derek even helped me find the right part and showed me how to do it. I have been to a different location and it was not my favorite. Going to this one from now on. Thanks for a great experience

I walked in store and someone said welcome to auto zone , and it was Juan who asked me how can we help you He look for the parts that I need , Then I asked the manager for the right parts he really helped me looking for the parts that I need OGE AND Juan the are very friendly and kind I will definitely come to the store again They definitely deserve more than 5 Stars

Toooooo good to be true. Oge Gravatt was out of this world helpful.

I called before bringing my battery for a 24 hour charge spoke with someone and they confirm it was okay for a 24 hour charge. Turns out I’m only allowed to charge my battery for 1 hour . Why make me drive from Paterson to this location . Waste of time . They are playing with people too much. Like if people don’t have things to do. Please Change your battery charge online policy because it’s not 24 hour long anymore it’s not fair for me nor our seniors that their battery may be in need of full charge. I could have left my battery charging in Paterson instead of wasting money in gas and time.

ALL checkouts are getting parts from the back for customers and NOT A SINGLE REGISTER is for customers buying things off the shelf. 15 minutes online and no one moved. All buying simple things off the shelves. We get the stand here for 15-20 minutes while three people are in the back laughing and having a good time getting parts for other customers and walking like the store is flooded with 3 ft of molasses. We are all stuck waiting for the cashiers to run in the back and look for things off the shelf. I don't know who manages this store but this is the worst I've ever seen. Zero common sense. I put my stuff down and I left after 20 minutes I'm standing here with a bottle of oil in my hand, as did three other people. None of the people working their except one deserve more than minimum wage. What happened to that generation...

Great service, had a new battery installed by Andy J who was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Went to this location to get a new gas cap and the cashier was very kind and sweet, she was explaining everything to me and we were comparing the piece with my old gas cap, while doing this the manager Shanel s kept interrupting us and was being nasty to the young lady telling her to pick up the phone while there was a big line and she was taking care of me and 2 more guys, as a manager that person left much to be desired, the situation felt awkward and the cashier got uncomfortable, disappointed with the customer service from this location ??

Great experience. Greeted at the door, and the woman at the counter helped me acquire the specific and compatible air filters/wipers I needed, even sourcing the parts herself. I wish I could recall her name, as she had great energy and was very helpful. Thanks again.

Disappointed with the lack of customer service. I walked into the store and there were no other customers, yet none of the employees acknowledged me or offered assistance. When I finally inquired, someone casually said, “Oh, someone will be with you.” I waited for about 8 minutes, but no one followed up or approached me. The staff just continued walking around. I ended up leaving and bought what I needed from another retailer. It's really disappointing to see this level of service especially from a newly opened store.
