Great customer service, Needed an engine for my daughters 18 Honda Accord and found these guys online with the best price and super low miles (48k), other places in the area wanted double the price with double the miles, installed engine the same day I pick it up, Car drives like a brand new car again ?? thanks again fellas, will for sure be doing all my business with these guys moving forward.
Called 3 junk yards for a part I was looking for none of them could help me I called these guys and they were able to help me I was in and out of that place no more than 30 minutes will definitely be coming back
I called to purchase a part, completed payment, and requested that it be shipped to me. After waiting a full week with no part received, I called multiple times and was repeatedly placed on hold—only to eventually be told that the part had been sold to someone else.
At no point was I notified of this, despite having already paid. This lack of communication and follow-through is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
To be fair, prices were high at first, but they eventually dropped it to a reasonable price. Upon pickup, I was quite surprised with how they left all the accesories on the part, some of which I could use and others I could not, but still very nice to have just in case. Part was ready in about 24hrs which was nice. OEM used part fit great unlike some ebay garbage that was tried previously.

Need to be better on customer service.
Called for 2011 Audi Q7 headlights and one had damaged lense and priced for $500 and the good one was for $800. Overpriced. When I told I’m getting cheaper on eBay and asked if they have bumper for this vehicle and they said “ Why don’t you get that on eBay as well”
Being a customer I should be getting the price it’s my choice whereever I wanna buy.
