I had no clue what to expect when a friend recommended I call Milford Motors to inquire about two tires and rims that I needed for my son’s car. I didn’t have a lot to spend and his car is an old 2005 Toyota - so I had my fingers crossed when calling. Jay was helpful and made the process so easy! He found what I needed after I called this morning and this afternoon I just drove up, picked up the tires, and off I went. The place was clean and organized and I definitely recommend Milford Motors to anyone who needs a part. Our plan is to put the new tires/rims on ourselves - but I’m sure even if you didn’t know how to do that - finding someone to help and using Milford Motors for parts would be way cheaper than buying new or using another place (prices were great)! Super thankful for this place today !

Too bad O stars isn't an option. Called cause I found an engine for a customer with 35k miles. First sign of shadyness was when I was told it was still in vehicle. I was like ok ,when can it be ready for pick up? All of a sudden I hear people in the background and someone tells Yaz that it's ready for pickup. Thought that was odd. My brother takes off to pick engine an hour away. First thing I tell my brother is check stock number to make sure it matches the one we saw online and of course they pulled out an engine that was listed online with no mileage and 1k$ cheaper. Of course we didn't buy. This is common with quite a few places. BEWARE!!! Don't get scammed and make sure u get what you paid for. Not cool for a first impression.
One of the best junkyards I’ve dealt with in the last 3 years! Service is friendly, I was able to go see the vehicle my parts were coming from ahead of time, not far from my home and they have a great selection of Honda/Acura parts for my specific vehicle
With my experience at car part depot I can honestly say they are the best i have seen. They made me feel like I was a priority and they helped me find exactly what I needed for all my cars. Not to mention the staff is amazing with their communication skills and professionalism. Definitely will be coming here more often! Keep up the work guys!
WOW, Wish I could give them 10 stars. What a professional company to do business with. I needed a muffler for my 2009 BMW 335i. I looked everywhere for a good price and in good shape. Not only was it a great price, they also sent me several photos before I had to take the hour and a half ride to pick up the part. I explain this too them and they dropped the muffler off to a sister salvage yard and shaved 45 minutes off my ride. When I picked up the muffler at the other salvage yard, the muffler was right there ready to go. To top it off, those guys were just as nice as I guy I brought it from. This has to be one of the smoothest transitions. I will definitely used them again. Thank You....
Outstanding customer service. I deal with wrecking yards a lot for my business and many tend to lack bedside manner and customer service but this place is sure different. Jay and his team are extremely friendly and are prompt to respond to any issues you have. Would definitely deal with again!
Car Part Depot not only do you get some of the best customer service around you also gain a friend in the process. Jay is great at what he goes out of his way to get me parts i needed and helped me find someone to put it in for so much less than anywhere else, all of my visit there have felt like I'm visiting a friends shop. Ordered 4 rims and a motor for a 2002 Ford E-350 (my work van). First time buying from a junk yard, was a little worried at first but the professionalism and honesty at Car-Part Depot made me feel ease throughout my purchasing experience. It has been a little over 4 months now and the motor I purchased is still running strong! Would buy again!
VERY honest people with great quality parts. Ordered a 2005 Acura TL Passenger side headlight. When i called they had honestly explained to me the condition of the light and i got exactly what I paid for. They also have a very generous warranty policy on most of there parts. WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!

I happen to live in West Milford, New Jersey and never knew that Car Part Depot was nearby. I actually found them by mistake when looking on-line for 17 inch wheels for my wife's 2013 Chevy Equinox. Turns out they had a few pairs. By the following day Enro had an entire set of 4 wheels ready for me to be picked up. Price was very reasonable and the wheels were in extremely good condition. Enro and Ali were extremely nice to deal with. They run a very well organized and very neat operation. Without any reservation I would recommend that you call them for your auto parts needs before paying full price for new parts or overpaying for used auto parts elsewhere. You won't be disappointed.

Called to junk my car. I live right around the corner from these guys less than 2 minutes away. They offered me $200 for a junk car I wanted to get rid of. Called back 2 days later to ask if I could take it in now? Mind you I’m driving it there because it does drive just spun a bearing? and they offered me less money and told me prices change everyday ? What a joke lol. These guys are highway robbers. I went once for a front bumper on my car. They wanted $250 for a stock oem scratched up front bumper ? Bought the same bumper online aftermarket and painted to perfection with a guarantee for $269. They told me it’s cheaper than oem ? Lol. These guys crack me up.
