Bad customer service on the phone and in person. I did meet two of the truck drivers who were pleasant. They probably are like that because you have no choice when you're in an accident on route 80 New Jersey.

It’s like these people eat hate for breakfast. Horrible service. No sense of privacy. Demanded for my debit card PIN number in public.

Worst experience ever! Was told they were towing my car and are in the parking lot. And he didn’t my car sat overnight and got broken into. After I told him this is not a good area thank you so much for grabbing it. The next day they call me saying there at the location to tow my car. I was confused they didn’t call me to notify that they were not actually towing my car the first time. Even after I expressed how its so important it need to be towed so it dosnt get broken into! Then I pull up to make sure this time that it dose get towed for the tow truck guy to tell me his towe truck will not fit. Why didn’t you know this information from the first time when you guys tried to tow it? Also it was in a very big parking lot at calvery temple (nitre dame) church I have a tiny Chevy spark car! WORST !! My belongings were stolen and I had to open up a 2 claim on my car !

Unbelievable. My car was towed yesterday they were open for towing but I been calling to pick it up and of course they’re closed for people to pick up their cars. Now I’m conveniently going to be charged for Sunday I’m sure although I wanted my car yesterday. Terrible management. Classic towing would’ve been a more decent option. People don’t use a tow place that closes for their convenience when they want to do they can charge u for nothing!!!!!!

My boyfriend was in a car accident and we went to go get his plates and the things out of his car. They wouldn't let us take his plates and made us wait for around 20 minutes until someone could walk the 50 yards to his car to watch us take the things from his car. However, I will disclose they said they had a policy saying the insurance had to pick up the plates and they were busy. (One guy before us was selling scrap metal and another was selling his car.) I just didn't understand why someone had to walk us over to the car to watch us take the stuff out to begin with. However, I will say the employee who took us over was extremely friendly and even allowed me to drive my truck back so we didn't have to make several trips back and forth. Had it not been for the 20 minute wait and the 2 phone calls that had to be made to the insurance company it would have been a 4-5 star review in my book, but both were present hence the 3 stars.

Those people is fraud and disgusting. I called them I spoke to a man he told me he was going to charge me $380 To town my truck I said ok when he come with the truck the driver told me it was $ 650 I said no that not what they told, and then treating to go back to his towing place with my truck and demolishes my truck. That’s all they been doing with peoples car. Fraud, theft and disgusting.

Car was recently towed by these guys. There were quite a number of hidden fees upon payment. Was not allowed to see what i was being charged for prior to payment.

worse place ever , they over charged me , it’s all about money. they were closed on saturday and sunday and they charged me for those day

excellent service, my truck need a tow, they were there in less than an hour. price was fair...

If you're looking for used auto parts, they have them in tons and affordable

These people ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. Had me waiting in the rain being 6 months pregnant. They’re rude, disgusting, & money hungry.

Not sure how they are still in business. They cracked my front lip and instead of making it right they had the worst attitude and said call the cops.

A lot hidden charges , they are closed Sunday and charged, storage/ special equipment?? Labor and administrative fee!!plus sign around the yard that “ speak English or going back to your country”...

No unloading help guy keeps telling me he has no machines to move the scrap so i must toss it as far into the pile as possible prices are way down compared to other scrap yards

Don’t your ever get tow by them. Over charged you with labor, extra person, especial equipment, adm fee
