My car wouldn't start, so I called for a tow to a mechanic. Frank was able to come in 30 minutes to woodland park and bring my car to paramus. Great price and even let me ride with! Would absolutely recommend!
My car broke down in North Jersey and I live in Pennsylvania. Frank was incredibly helpful and super professional. I was blown away by his willingness to help me out, which is something I feel like has been lost over time with a lot of other places. He's super honest and trust worthy. Leaving a review just for the level of customer service - I haven't even used Frank Leah Towing Services yet. I called requesting towing service to an out of town location today (a Friday), and while they couldn't accommodate this until Monday, I was still offered detailed troubleshooting to try to correct my car issues to prevent needing the tow at all, and I was treated like a human being. The gentleman who answered the phone spoke with me for 5-10 minutes offering suggestions on what the problem might be, and while many other businesses today are quick to tell you, "no, can't help, can't even recommend anybody who can help," I felt like I was being given a level of service here that reminded me of how businesses used to operate when I was a kid - just being humane and considerate, without any expectation of immediate payment or rushing me off for a better opportunity. If I do end up still needing future towing services, I will absolutely opt to work with Frank Leah.
My husband was in a jam with a broken plow truck, stuck in Ramsey NJ After exhausting all Bergen County options, I moved on to Passaic County and fortunately found Frank. A true " good guy". He was busy but listened to my story of needing a tow to a shop in Midland Park. He called me back twice...he was busy! But, still called and was able to come from Wayne to Ramsey and save the day. Was stuck in a jam on the side of the road and called frank as a hail mary. Instead of upselling me and looking to make a quick buck off someone in a jam he was able to walk me thru the situation connected me to the right people and get me running. He even followed thru a couple hrs later and made sure the whole situation was resolved. Would definitely recommend anyone who is in a jam to give him a call. His actions and words both show he cares sincerely about the customer!

Got stuck in a customers drivery due to snow Frank came out and was real professional and quick to get my work van out of the customers driveway. Frank reached out to me prior to coming out and asked for some pictures of how and where my van was stuck so he knew what he was dealing with and came prepared. frank is a wonderful man. my car broke down in the middle of the road and he was called by the police to come assist. he got there within minutes and his kindness went unmatched. from the moment he got out the car he greeted me with a smile and made sure i was okay. i've dealt with so many different tow workers and frank is my favorite. he took me to a local mechanic shop that he always goes to since i wasn't sure where to take the car.. i'd definitely check him out when your car won't start LOL. Excellent Service! I had a stressful situation when my car broke down on the highway in a really bad spot. I was nervous and scared, but the tow truck driver was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. He hit some traffic on the way but called me personally to let me know and gave me his cell number in case I needed anything. He got to me faster than expected and didn’t just drop me off—he took me to multiple places until I found one that could change my tire the same day. I truly appreciate his patience, kindness, and dedication. Highly recommend this company!
Mr. Frank towed our Sprint Class C RV to the Mercedes Benz Newton Service Center on May 28, 2025 after it had a mechanical breakdown during our RV trip. He was professional, dedicated, and detailed, and made it easy to understand. He also took the worry out of our broken RV. I highly recommend him with 5 stars.
