I recommend not working with this place. They tried to lower the price they quoted over the phone by making nonsensical excuses when they arrived. Considering the scrap car's price was already extremely low,

The guy who’s taking the phone, He said he’s the owner and he is not wasting time when you ask for prices and stuff. Very bad customer service and very bad treatment From this person.
There is a second phone number for Newark. That is the same guy and when you asked for the The same question he answered you in another language and then tell you I know what you doing gonna be all day.
I tried to junk my 2013 Hyundai Elantra they tried to tell me that I am stealing the car and my girlfriend cheated on me and that's why I'm trying to junk it the crazy s*** people come up with

I called for a quote. I was given an acceptable quote within a minute...no back and forth. Once I was ready for my car to be picked up, I called them and they said a dispatcher will call me back to set up a convenient time...schedule set, my car was picked up within 3 minutes of when they said they would be here. Excellent service.
My mother had been bugging me to get rid of her old jeep. The folks here made it so incredibly easy and painless and offered me an amount I was happy with. Everything from initial quote - to the free pickup was just an absolutely seamless process. 5 stars all around.
I called between 915 and 930 this morning. The man that answered the phone was very nice. Didn’t ask 1 million questions either. I explained what was wrong with my car and it needed pick up. He gave me a decent cash quote , free pick up and within an hour and a half or so they had picked up my car. Perfect service. I had called around to a few places, and they either tried lowballing me or never showed up. I would totally use these people again and highly recommend! My first good experience with this type of situation.
The guy I talked to over the phone is having a fit and needs to get checked. Called to get a car removed, asked him a question and hung up. Called him again because I thought the call dropped. Was super rude and hung up on me again. I left a 1 star review and he Called me back telling me and I quite "Send me your address and I'll buy your car for 1000 and I'll smack your face".
The person I spoke with on the phone was amazing. It was smooth sailing. The guy who picked up my car was not the nicest. He definitely knew what he was doing he so it helped. I would definitely recommend. Thank you for being good at your profession. 💪💯
I called a few companies before I ultimately went with Cash for Junk. Tommy was efficient and offered me a great price. The tow truck arrived early which was great and handed me cash even removed my plates for me. I would use them again and definitely recommend them if you are looking to get rid of your car.

Driver was nice and not lazy. He was new but he wasn’t afraid of the job! They came when everybody else said no and even thought I had to pay to get the car out it was worth it I needed the car gone and they were willing to come and get it same day!
Cash for Junk car king came thru and gave me the best price then anyone else, they came exactly within the time limits they said, they were quick, and no with bs. Excellent and exceptional workmanship from the guy who answered my call to the driver picking up the vehicle. Would highly recommend their services.
