These people are robbers . I bought a temperature sensor, it came out bad. I went to go exchange it and they did not give me my money back. This place is very bad and they give no one s guarantee.

Went in once and one of the employees was actually helpful. But then tonight (2/28/25) went to get something last minute and the store is closed at 8:50 PM, even though it says on the door that they close at 9:00 pm. I get that employees wanna get out of work as soon as possible sometimes but closing the store because you feel like it? Very unprofessional…

I ordered items online, and the employee kept canceling my order when I went to the store. They told me they cannot sell it to me, even though they had it in the store because it was on clearance.

I visited the Clifton location was rudely disrespected by Edward, who claims to be a manager. Very unprofessional uses his position as if he has a vindata to be mean to people. I'm so dissatisfied on the other hand. Manager William was very nice when I spoke to him. The next day and definitely resolved the issue. Edward, needs to be retrained. Customer service skills are horrible. Please keep in mind that he is the face of your business.

Edward was the person who seemed to be playing manager at least was so rude and against his own store policy I recommend everyone go to AutoZone right around the corner from this location! Customer service is very important when you have competition 200 yd down the road

Went there to return the gasket that I bought it and a young cashier girl give me a rude attitude because she don't know what she doing....that young girl need to be fired she dis respected me and no good employee...

Such a mid place. I went for spray paint that the website said was carried here. Nothing.... Shelf's totally picked clean. Prices seemed a couple bucks more than online too. Wasn't greeted by anyone. Pretty mid store overall

Twice fit the wrong part for my car, I just don’t trust them anymore. And their return policy requires me to have to return the product unopened....in a break caliper it took me opening at least one of each pair to determine that they were not correct...so what, I need to pay for the error??? Not a fan. If you need to pick up a special tool, fluid, or battery—these guys are indispensable....but for expertise in using their matching-not so great. This particular autozone has the consistent habit of making their checkout line really confusing, giving customers no obvious way to know where to line up and who might be helping customers next (or at all). This is an easily solved management problem that hasn’t been worked out in the three years I’ve been going.

Went to Autozone before coming to Advanced, big mistake. They were too busy to help me. Very professional help from Advanced. I needed a battery and to have it installed. The gentleman William not only explained how I could use my discount code but quickly installed my battery. They were busy, but still gave me excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend.

I'm very unhappy with the customer service and product. Needed emergency jump start and it did not work. The guy (he told me that he is the manager) told me to charge it at home and it after I spend more then 150$. !!!! This definitely not an emergency kit then!!!! And the worst thing is he ignored that I told him to charge it before putting it in a box because the next customer may be in the same situation like me, and will not have plug in the parking lot to charge it!!! Plus, there is worst return policy !!!! For my curious, I visited 3 more auto parts stores today and no one have such as “no return elections” policy. I’m done with recommending and my businesses in this store!

The shops run by inexperienced workers asked them if I could buy parts today answered yes. In the end, I paid the money, I was given a resit, then I asked where my purchased product, I was shown the date 05/26/20 on the resit I can get, I refused the product, then I was returned from $ 206.00 $ 198.53, although it's not my fault. Thank you for the service.

I purchased a batter for my car on the advance auto parts website. After receiving an email sayin my order was ready for pickup, I came to the store. I was told they would not be able to install it because of Covid-19. This was not communicated with me at all, nowhere on the website or the emails about the order. I asked to see a manager and waited for 10 minutes. They said the manager was busy. I had to call customer service and spend 15 minutes on the phone. They finally came out and installed my battery. This is ridiculous. Why do I have to call customer service while I can be treated respectfully at the store? Very unprofessional.

These people are the best! I called to check if they install batteries and they confirmed. As soon as I walked in, the rep recalled our phone conversation and retrieved the battery I needed. Another rep helped with installation. I highly recommend this location!

Very knowledgeable staff, that alone earns them 3 stars. Every time I've gone inside with a question, they've had the answer. The parts, in my opinion, are better than their competitors. Great place with great employees.

Called today for a belt tensioner. For a 2002 Corolla. Not in stock and they wanted 105.00. I temporarily fixed the old one and looked online for it. The extreme after market wanted 28 bucks and brand name like Dorman was 63.33. OEM was 160.00. Just posting this to let people know to look online if you have the time. They probably only deal with one manufacturer so the price was high. Other things their prices are usually good.

I ordered a car battery online yesterday and went to pick-up my battery around 6:30pm. AAP offers free installation for battery replacement. But employers told me that, they don't install after sun-down, and come in the morning. I asked why, they said it is policy. I asked them where is the policy, they said it is not written, it is verbal, ask to manager. I asked for manager, they said there is no manager. I asked them call him, they said, they don't call, I need to call. I asked them what kind of service if is this, they said they have nothing to do, if I don't want it just return battery. I told them I will report it, they said do whatever you want, and wrote down his name on a paper gave it to me. Since my battery was dead, I had only option pick it up my order and replaced it myself without proper tools. I lost about 45 minutes at there... By the way, when I just entered to the store, one of the employers went outside with a lady customer and installed her vipers. I think, that policy(!) works for men only...

When I arrived, there weren't enough cashier's to help. A substantial line developed and the cashier shot me a look like I was a weirdo and asked why I wasn't being helped. Now it was my turn, they didn't have my part so he said we don't have it, turned his back to me and ignored me even after I asked what I should do. Rating is for poor customer service.

The manager Will is very rude and not helpful at all. When his Co-worker asked him a question he was very angry. As a customer when I tried to explain, he totally ignored my question. He pretended like no was there. This is the first time and hopefully last time I have to deal with him.

This is by far THE WORST Advance I ever been in, tried to exchange a tool with life time warranty they Did not do it plus yell at the client like a gang they talk all togethers and the use a real low class vocabulary real low lifers there and do not honor warranties. Plus they don wear tags with their names so you never know who is taking to you. Make your self a favor and do not waist your time DO NOT BUY THERE.
