I have bought from this company before their products are top notch quality and I have a full system on muy Rav4 and It's two years old two winters and not a spec of rust on it.....Love the stainless steel:)
Just placed my first order. The order process was simple. Since it was just ordered a full review is not possible as I dont know how long it takes to ship. Obviously that is a deciding factor.
Found the site through a Google link when searching for a part. Navigation on the site was easy and the shopping cart and checkout process is slick. Price is competitive, communication is good, shipping free. I'll use UPSW Auto Parts again.
Parts are priced awesome and look great. I would have given 5 stars had I received a notification of my part shipping with a tracking number. However, when I did call in to get information on my order, I was able to get through to a customer service representative super fast and easy. The representative I spoke with was very personable. She tracked my order, provided me with the tracking number, all in a very professional and quick manner.
Found the exact parts for my truck with very easy transaction! And when the part I received had a defect the return and getting a replacement part went as smoothly as can be! I'm very happy with this company!
No e mail confirmation even three days later nor at the time of purchase. I don't know if it's being prepared or on its way or anything all I know is payment is pending in my bank account

I ordered an exhaust pipe and found that it was going to be more work than I wanted to tackle so I called to cancel the order. Jane helped me and stated that it showed shipped but she took the extra time to see if it could be pulled from the truck since it had not left yet. The item was pulled and the order was cancelled. I will definitely order parts from them again in the future. Great customer service. Thanks again.
Exactly as advertised.
While replacement front bolts were included and both front and rear gaskets it was disappointing I had to run out to store for the muffler to tailpipe bolts.
Not a big deal. Would have been nice and made it a complete set.
Despite that - great quality and I would recommend. Also, quick sipping and excellent packaging.

Had my card information stolen after buying this exhaust. I only used my card here so I know it was them.
Exhaust is poor quality. Clamps bend when they’re barely tight. MLS gasket fell apart after like 2 weeks. Exhaust is less than OE quality.
Personal information of card used, email, address, phone number and name was stolen from ordering in this website and used to order on other websites. Do not recommend. I called the company to let them know and they didn’t care.
Don't buy from them. The only way they cover for warranty is making you buy a new part and send the old one back and went for a refund or take the part off your vehicle send it back and wait for them to send you a new one. When you refuse those 2 options they say it's in the warranty policy but refuse to show you that policy.
Update: It's been a week since I refused those offers and now they are blowing me off and not responding to any of my emails.
Quick to respond to the question i had, helped me make sure i was getting the correct catalytic converter for my car. Product shipped fast, good quality, fit my vehicle perfect and corrected the problem. Would definitely recommend them!!
I was skeptical, smooth bent stainless steel exhaust for about the price of cheap aluminized parts? I was remarkable surprised when the system showed up yesterday for our 2015 Nissan Rogue. EXCELLENT quality, large pipe, smooth bends and PERFECT fit. We did the install in less than one hour even though we had to torch-cut the exhaust flange bolts due to heavy rust. Highly recommended!
Purchased from UPSW before, very happy with the center section for my 2007 Audi A4 Quattro. Fit up perfectly, only had to cut the mufflers off the old pipe. They supplied double clamping pipe sleeves, so installation was very easy. Just got the front pipe which I should have replaced before. Quick delivery, good quality. Will purchase for my other vehicles as needed.
Price was great, and everything went in place perfectly. Only issue was the joint to be clamped wasn’t expanded far enough to fit over the pipe to go inside. Had to use an exhaust expander to open the over-pipe up slightly. Other than that, good product at a great price.
UPSW supplied exhaust parts of my 20 years old Audi A4. Customer helpdesk was excellent and ultimately helpful. Ordering, packaging, shipping, delivery, customer care all of those facilities are definitely perfect. I'm gonna use my humble car 20 years more by these people. Thank you New Jersey guys.
Fitment and product quality were great. The only thing lacking was communication from the shipper as to a tracking number or any information on a delivery date. It showed up a 6 days after I ordered it but had no idea it was coming so I couldn't relay that to my customer. Otherwise, very pleased!
Product was as advertised and seems of solid quality. I had a few questions that were answered via text in a timely manner. The car is now quiet.... which was the goal! My $330 self install is much better than the $1600 shop quote. Included needed gaskets and flange bolts. The flange nuts required a washer so as to not pull through. Not a big deal.
For 99 honda civic hatchback...Hangers where welded on the wrong side causing the whole assembly to be off by 2 and half inches. Pics attached. So I cut the old braket and new braket with hangers off and weld the old braket to fit. Also, it only came with two bolts instead of 4. And while I'm at, I'll weld the pipe where the c-clamp goes since it doesn't make a tight seal and leaks out. Overall, product is there with extra work, how ever it sounds good and quality is there for a China product. Would have given a 5 star but the extra work.
I ordered a replacement exhaust system for a Ford Escape. The system arrive within 3 days and was exactly as described by UPSW parts. I was skeptical due to the price, I was pleased to fund out that everything fit good. The mufflers are stainless steel and look nice. I will definitely use again when the time arrives.
Service was excellent that's why I'm leaving five stars. . Product was ok, bought an exhaust system for an 04' Infiniti fx35, and fit isn't great, tried bending it a bit to get it looking a little better, the actual muffler was pretty dented up on top, not a huge deal can't see it installed, but sound wise, very quiet, has somewhat of that Infiniti sound not super happy with it, and the tips are quite a bit smaller that OE that was on there so the look isn't awesome. Overall it did the trick as my exhaust for sure needed to be replaced but, kinda wish I would have forked over a little more money for a different one that may have had a little better sound.
Terrible experience. Received parts in a fully damaged package. Parts sticking out, staples on the box were sticking out and falling off. Reported it to them and never received a response. Due to time constraints of my personal vehicle, my mechanic installed the exhaust system only to find out during the test drive that the baffles in the muffler are loose and rattling. Once again, reached out to USPW and once again never received a response. Do not do business with this company.
Never received order confirmation or shipping confirmation?? But still delivered in 4 days I had already bought their stainless steel muffler and now 350Z stainless steel Y-Pipe!! Perfect exhaust system they sell & fit like a glove on my 04 350Z Now my exhaust is completely new from UPSW Exhaust components!!! Highly recommend And being retired mechanic i know quality exhaust when I have it in my hands!!! Thanks
I had the Catalytic Converter stolen from my car and was looking for a full exhaust when I stumbled upon UPSW and I am so glad I did. This exhaust kit is so much nicer than most any other aftermarket kit I've installed and I've installed hundreds at least. These will be my go to suggested kits. I am blown away by the quality, fit, and finish for the price.
I purchased a cat back system for a 2007 Infiniti M35X. . The price was substantial lower than the competition but the quality was definitely sub par. Lots of dents in the pipes and mufflers. Cardboard sleeves were glued to the mufflers. Not a hugh deal but it did create a problem because I didn't remove the first one until I had it mounted. Bolts in the pipe were welded crooked and either had to be removed or straighten so the pipes could be bolted together. Brackets on the connections needed to be removed since they were not needed.
I called customer service to discuss these issues and was put on hold for 25 min before I hung up.
