Have called multiple times. Most of the time no one answers. The guy who does answer the phones refuses to ever put Mike the owner on the phone and always has an attitude in person and over the phone. He told me he would have Mike call me in an hour and that has also never happened. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
I’m calling and calling to sell and nobody seem to work there how difficult is it to answer a phone calls hire a woman for the office because you probably lost potential sales or customers or buyers
Mike’s the greatest guy known him for over 32 years don’t look a day over 21 honest and not going to rip you off. They are short one star he needs six stars.
Lacey Auto Parts has everything you need call Mom a phone go there there are times when if it's a big part item they'll pull it they don't have it they'll find it but I go there pull out whatever I need the prices are perfect they have used vehicles and the guys behind the counter or fantastic can't ask for a better junkyard located in our area
Gave me a great price On an engine I get back to my shop not the correct 1 but by the Vin number it is correct I look on the door different Vin number so I look into it car is stolen And I call they won't take the motor back even knowing I offered a $100 restocking fee
Horrible customer service, called 3 days in a row for a part. Kept telling me they would call back when they located it... nothing! Not worth your time
Worst place ever!! Put a deposit down on a car. Nothing but problems. The car went back 7 times and they still couldn’t fix it. I tried to talk to the owner about the situation he left me on hold 20 minutes and would not get back on phone with me.. Great business man there. Then when I went to return the car mike the owner wouldn’t come talk to me face to face either. Give this place a big thumbs down!
This place is a rip off. Bought an SUV, 2 months later it fell apart. The salesman (Little Mike) and the owners had the vehicle for 4 weeks and jerked us around, meanwhile never even looked at it. Stay away! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Wanted to purchase a 2nd vehicle to "backup" my current vehicle. Came across Lacey Used Auto Sales. Found my vehicle. Purchased my vehicle from Lacey Used Auto Sales and what a "find" it appears to be, but aside from the vehicle, also what "Diamonds in the Rough" in every sense of this phrase are the folks at Lacey Used Auto sales and Lacey Used Auto Parts. Wow!!! More businesses could take a lesson from Mike and the Owner of these businesses as well as the rest of their crew as to how to how to treat their customers. Absolutely wonderful! From start to finish and everywhere in between, each of these ladies and gentleman acted with so much honesty, dignity, kindness, sincerity, helpfulness and overall caring that should lead nobody to wonder how or why they have been in successful business for so many years now. There should be more Businesses like Lacey around today. My only regret is that I am not looking for a "2nd vehicle " or auto parts every day and/ or that I would have to travel a fair distance to otherwise have the pleasure of doing business with Mike and the guys again, but if I had to, I would. They are worth the Trip and expense. Please pay them a visit if and when the need to do so arises. Their motto has to be, as I have experienced, is to make sure that every one of their customers walks away completely satisfied. It doesn't get any better than that.

Went to get a tire and the gentleman Skippy stopped what he was doing and immediately help me. Everyone was so kind and nice price was very reasonable great place. Will definitely use them again.
Such nice guys!! I was in and out of there in under ninety minutes. it is a small yard so I was surprised that they had exactly what I needed even when the place up the street did not. I honestly never even knew it existed until I was referred there by another local mechanic. You have to go really slow before you get to the Walmart on the southbound side of route 9 in Lacey. The parking lot is very small and very cramped so you have to drive very slow.
Horrible place to do business, when you call and you talked to Jay he's very rude and unprofessional he will sell you parts that have been out in the rain in the dirt he don't care and he will overcharge you !!!! My recommendation is stay away !!!!!!!!

I recently needed an expensive repair on my daughters car. The shop it was at told me 1,300 for the part alone. I called Mike and although he could get me a used one for less then half of that price, he said due to the wear and tear on that kind of part (driveshaft) he recommended an aftermarket replacement for only a little more. I paid 900 vs. 1,300!! These guys are honest, efficient and very cost effective. I will always call Lacy first!
I would recommend Lacey Auto! Every time I go there they never disappoint! Although they are always busy they are very accommodating. I purchased two cars from there and had absolutely no issues and it’s been a few years now!!!
I spent hours calling and looking for a fuse for my car i happened to be driving down the road and saw this place so i talk to the guy inside he says should have it go check the back i found every part i needed and the guy gave me a great price
I placed a order for a rim I was told 2 days and it would be here and now 4 days later I'm still waiting.the kicker is that when u call to see if there they say that they r checking and never call back. I would say if u want or need something go somewhere else experience for me was not the best that is my suggestion.I would not recommend this spot ,if u don't believe me go and experience it and judge it yourself.
I called to confirm they had the part I needed; The bald guy with glasses at the front desk said they did have it. I told him I would be there to get it that day, and asked him for the address, and when they closed. He gave me that information. When I got there, he said that they did not have it there, and would have to order it. He needs to be more accurate in the information he gives customers before wasting their time.
don't know their inventory or if they have the car for the part your looking for will send you in the yard on your own and leave you to see for yourself been to better U-Pull.it junk yards in the past this is not one of them better off going too ECM OFF DOUBLE TROUBLE ROAD IN BAYVILLE

Used engine and trans at lower prices than other places. Work with them and they work with you. Do not let them wash your car. They power wash and took off my protective finish....
The guys that sit at the front desk have a serious attitude problem. All of them. Regardless of who you talk to on the phone they are all very rude.Not to mention they are typically priced higher then everyone else. I would not go here unless you want to pay more money to be disrespected.
