I had a flat tire upon pulling into the Shopping plaza. Walked into Firestone and was greeted by Michael. I told him what happened to my car. He immediately assessed my tire and promptly explained what had to be done. Couldn’t be repaired so he ordered me a new tire. The tire came in the next morning and was replaced. He provided me with exceptional service. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend Firestone..
I received friendly immediate attention for a tire repair. It was completed as promised within an hour. They treat you in a manner that you will continue to return for service there.
The shop still opened and I was able to keep my appointment even though it was snowing! Fast service and great communication, as well as recommendations for service in the next several months.
I had a headlight out, which we later realized was because a different service center did not replace it properly, and I was greeted but Jeff and John who helped me! They were friendly, customer service driven, and quick. All around great service. Thank you to both of them!

I called about getting tires mounted and they had me bring them in. Within an hour had them mounted and ready to go. They really take care of their customers!!!
Words cannot express how grateful I am to Firestone on Lacey. As always they went above and beyond. Vinnie, Mike, Jeff and I KNOW I am forgetting others but you made sure I had my car back quicker than possible, worked with me while I attempted to get a response from Hyundai and did it all at the lowest price possible. Firestone Lacey is honest, does great work and truly cares about and appreciates their customers.
Just like another person’s complaint on Google, interestingly enough, for this business - I made an appointment for a tire rotation and got there and they told me —- I didn’t have an appointment! Told me I’d have to wait for several cars ahead of me if I wanted it done. Thanks for wasting my time! First and LAST time I ever go there!!! Bad business! Stay away!
Easy and painless experience! I had two front tires that were on their last leg and I gave a call into the shop last minute, and they were able to get me in that same day. Which was much appreciated due to my work schedule! Mike, (as usual) was extremely helpful choosing the right tires and the guys in the bay were quick, efficient and polite. Will definitely come back when I need my next two tires!

The guys at Firestone in Lacey are always fantastic! I got a nail in my tire and had to pick my husband up at the airport the next day. They got it in same day and I was done in less than an hour. Always Great service. I would recommend anyone who needs service on their vehicle to go to Firestone.

Came to Firestone here in Lanoka and they got me an oil change schedule next day no issues. The staff knows their cars and tires without question. Plus they have much respect for us Veterans. Going to be coming here from now on.
Had a flat, went to a tire place across from Firestone. They were rude, not helpful,no smile. So I went to Firestone at 930 am. John helped me out, gave me many choices for my jeep. By 330 I had new tires and an alignment on my jeep and was cruising! Great guys, fast efficient and Friendly! Highly recommend!
I came to Firestone for an oil change. I am a 25 year old girl. I arrived by myself. After they lifted my car, I was told I needed a new tire. It was $120+ for a tire. I was never offered to see the “ripped” tire, and was told this was a safety hazard. Obviously I’m going to do it. Still not sure if this was truthful. I was told by another female she was told the same thing about needing a new tire… Whatever. But other then that, they poured oil all over my engine. My engine did not look like this it was CLEAN. They also cracked the plastic connectors on my engine cover. Luckily I have a friend who actually cares and is helping me out to fix this problem Firestone caused. If you don’t take pride in your work, then don’t do it. Sloppy work.
