Max was awesome, saved me from walking in 2 degrees weather, I walked in nervous I won’t get approved and right away he did his magic and got me approved away and he was so nice and caring even let my friend come look at the car, he was amazing and was understanding with everything. I’m down 2 Thai wings but it was well worth it also shoutout Sarah and Evan for picking me up and helping me out in the cold weather as well as being excellently kind and talkative!!! Def will keep in touch and will greatly recommend

Misinfo-peddling AI chatbot is the first point of contact. It tried to tell me it was a human before lying about their business hours and inventory. I got fed up and called, and to his credit the person I spoke to apologized for the confusion and seemed interested in helping. He even offered, completely unprompted, to text me a list of available cars similar to the one I wanted, the one the AI chatbot told me was still there. The next morning, this list has not been sent and the AI chatbot is back, asking me what I thought about it. I get annoyed now, being at work, checking my texts, email, and app for this nonexistent list, and call the business again. The call is sent to voicemail and I get a text with a dead website link and a promise to call back that was never followed through on. Waste of my time.
I'm searching for a Honda Fit in a different car dealer with no luck I was afraid of driving for two hours to another scam but I was wrong, Carland dealer is awesome the car is exactly like the description in CARFAX Max, is a wonderful person and makes everything easy. We came to Carland after being turned away from all the places we went due to some credit issues. We shopped the lot and I found a cute Volkswagen Golf. I didnt want to get my hopes up after the other places couldn't or wouldn't work with me. Max at Carland was so welcoming and really went to work for us. He offered us a deal and we accepted. I recently bought a car here and overall had a great experience after shopping around many places in New Jersey. I came in after seeing they had a vehicle I was interested in listed on CarFax. Max was very attentive and thorough from the start and gave me the time and space I needed to make my decision and ask any questions. He is incredibly personable and really takes the time to get to know everyone he meets to ensure that they will leave with the right vehicle and have a great experience going forward — the same simply can’t be said for other car dealers. Max is absolutely amazing. Treated my son like he was his own. Got him into a clean and and reliable 2013 Honda Accord with all the CARFAX reports. Located on 88 Carland Mo helped us with acquiring insurance he was very patient and helpful.
My son just turned 17 and got his license. We had been searching for his first car and had multiple near misses where a Jeep Cherokee that he was interested in sold before we arrived or we couldn't get straight answers on specific questions. That changed when we called Carland Auto. Mo and his staff let me come in, offered to pull it into the garage and have the technician show us anything we had questions on (brake pads, engine, etc.). Promised to hold the car for us until my son could come look at it, and made sure it was detailed and everything was all set. Their fees were reasonable, there were no hidden costs and the entire process was easy and non-pushy. Mo definitely puts his customers first and he's true to his word. My son is now happily driving around in his first car! I'd definitely recommend Carland Auto.
Justin and Mo were fantastic and efficient the whole process. Helped work a deal for a new young buyer in the world and left him excited and ready for his upgraded vehicle.
