Got rear ended. They turned what have could have been a major headache into a minor inconvenience. They dealt directly with the insurance company, and I was back on the road a week earlier than expected. Michelle and Andrew were both a pleasure to deal with. I hope to never need them again, but I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
I’ve recently had my car fixed by Andrew and his team after being in an accident. They were very professional. They did an amazing job and they were communicating and honest with me throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend using them!
I have been very happy with the work done by Auto Craftsman. I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else. It's the only place I use for auto body repair. 5-Stars all the way.
I can't recommend Auto Craftman and Collision enough. What initially seemed like a simple fix for my ecomobile turned into a much bigger repair, but the team handled it with incredible expertise.
Josh, Michele, and Andrew were all over it from the start. They quickly sourced the necessary parts and kept me updated every step of the way, which was a huge relief. They understood that as a home cleaner, I can't be without my ecomobile, and they made sure everything was taken care of.
They handled all the communication with the insurance company and even coordinated directly with my vendor to get the car wrap. The service was professional, thoughtful, and they truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Auto Craftman and Collision, for a flawless experience!
The BEST , HONEST , work was fantastic , price was reasonable. Andrew promised and he came through. He did not over charge as I had gone to various shops prior . I looked at the area and could not find that it had any damage. Highly recommend .

When I was recently hit, the adrenaline started running. I made a call and was recommended to only have the car towed to Auto Craftsman & Collision. Owner and employees wasted no time contacting insurance company and adjusters. Within a few days (not weeks) we had a decision. Plus the staff made it extremely convenient to make trips to remove my Christmas gifts before the holidays. Thank you for everything and being so considerate during this time. I will only trust, recommend and use Auto Craftsman & Collision.

I absolutely love everytime I come here. I scratched my passenger side of the car and it was pretty bad. They helped me so much when fixing my car. It looks completely brand new and they even vacuumed my interior and cleaned my windshield. And everyone is so so friendly, especially Andrew. I am so happy with their work and will be my go to place!
Our family has always used this company. My daughter’s car was hit and when I went I was told Danny had sold the business. Well, despite Danny no longer being there this company did not disappoint and is still AMAZING!!!! My daughters car is more perfect then before. 😊
I can't leave a positive review because they don't ever call you back in. Went in last year for an estimate. 4 months later, never heard back from them. I knew they were having problems getting help and one of the guys were sick so I gave them a second chance. Went in last week with a little paint chipped off my new car. While Joe was getting me an estimate on having the entire bumper taken off to redo the paint chip, the owner said at least 3x that his wife said, touch ups are ugly. Of course wanting me to spend $1100 more than a touch up. I decided to go with the touch up since paint chipped is about the size of a dime. A few days later when I called to see the status of when I could bring the car in, a woman who answered said, honestly, we get our parts from Flemington. They are not going to drive all the way to Toms river to drop off touch up paint. So had I not called, I'd still be waiting for something not coming. 3 strikes and you're out.
I will NEVER ever go here again. Horrible, non existent service. And by the way. Since your wife said touch ups are ugly, was she going to pay to have my bumper replaced for a scratch the size of a dime?
*******UPDATE. The owner just responded 7 months later. Unreal. He asked to give another chance. Not a chance.

Absolutely the BEST shop around! They are so honest and take the highest level of pride in their work. My car should have been totaled, but the insurance company refused and tried to cut corners. They wanted the shop to use only used parts to repair it. Danny fought them tooth and nail for weeks to fix it the right way and made sure my car was safe for me and my family. I am very grateful for their work and dedication!
Brought my wife’s car in after a tangle with an animal. Danny and his team did an awesome job making it look like new. Highly recommend and will definitely use again! Thanks Dan!
On several occasions, we've had the misfortune of requiring the services of Auto Body Craftsman. Getting your vehicle damaged for one reason or another is not the best experience but the people at this business go above and beyond to make this seemingly painless. They are "Craftsmen" indeed.
