DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!! TRUST ME AND EVERY OTHER BAD REVIEW. They do not provide you the right amount of gas. Literally 2 minutes later, I'm stranded again in the middle of the street. The cops had to come to direct people away from my car. THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. SHM. Keep my MONEY! Looks like you will need it.

They go around looking for cars to impound. That's how they make their money and making people lives difficult. Cash only ! They are inconsiderate! On top of my father being in the hospital, I had to deal with these people.

Every employee has a, "you should be thanking me" type of attitude. Rude, unhelpful, combative. Why use this tow company when there's dozens of others out there that don't treat you like human garbage?

I was rear-ended in my rental car in NJ while visiting and the NJ state police called Eagle to tow away my car. They were extremely fast and professional. Because the other driver was driving a 9 passenger van, the police asked the driver Carlos if he could drop me off since their cars would be full with the 9. Not only was he nice enough to drop me off at a (very) nearby rental facility to get a replacement, he talked me through a few things and was patient enough to wait while the police finished gathering information. His truck was also the cleanest I've ever seen. Thank goodness for the police calling Eagle! Best tow experience ever!

Had an accident in the wee hours and these guys showed up quick as hell to tow the dearly departed Hyundai. When trying to empty my belongings from the vehicle at a later date I didn’t have any issues and they even provided tools to remove my license plate. Just be aware that their hours for accessing a damaged vehicle from their lot are from 9-4:30 M-F, because it might be held at a separate location that’s ten minutes down the road. And be sure to bring your driver license, insurance info and such for the vehicle release form if it’s going to be grabbed by your insurance company

The tow was great casy was great ? and I recommend them if in a emergency and in need of tow price very reasonable great

Please beware and use someone eagle towing, they are careless, rude, and over priced. My car got towed from a minor crash at 4.50pm while one of my family member was driving, I reached at their recovery at 5.15pm, there were two guys sitting outside, didnt let me go in the office by saying office is closed come tomorrow from 9am to 5pm, whereas website says open 24hrs they do this purposely because they want to charge for overnight, So, my car had a broken bumper hanging from one side(drivable, fixable), next day when called around 10am lady picked up the phone and said we close at 3pm not 5pm, and asked me to pay 322 in cash if pickup before 3pm. They tow was just less than 5 miles and kept over night to charge me extra plus their timing changes every time website says something else, driver something else and recovery office had something else. So, when finally i get to see my car the bumper which was broken on side, completely off and sitting on top of the hood, which has scratched hood, ignition key was in, Car AC was on which drained my battery off. Instead of 200 to 300 fix, I had to spend 1000 dollar because of this EAGLE towing Parsippany/Whippany.

My boyfriends truck broke down and then as waiting for it my car got rear ended. he helped me track the guy down and get him. casey was very kind when i freaked out and understood. i would recommend him 100%. 10/10

I never thought I would write a positive review about a car towing service but how could I not after today?! Casey was sent to tow my car and he arrived even before they said he would! He was so professional, courteous and efficient! You can really count on this towing service!! Thank you.

Broke down, called Eagle spoke to office and driver claiming they would be here shortly. Call back after waiting an hour and a half and the driver said the tow got cancelled by someone else. Called the office they said they claimed to have never spoke to me before despite them being in my call history. Dont expect much from this clown show

My vehicle was towed to Eagle after a low speed collision with a curb and a tree during a snow storm. I had a positive and negative experience with Eagle but overall I would recommend them as they were professional even when I was not and they helped resolve issues as quickly as they could. The negative was that I called into Eagle’s Whippany location to let them know I would be leaving work early to make it there by closing time, before 5pm. They assured me they would be there. It takes me a while to get anywhere in north Jersey traffic, so a 15 minute ride took 40-50 minutes and I arrived at 4:40, give or take, only to find out they were closed 20 minutes early. This was the negative. The positive is that I called Parsippany and even though I was upset and rude (not proud of that, I apologize) they took care of my request and treated me fairly. Overall, they took care of me even when I was not an easy an easy customer, 5 stars.

My car broke down and they responded within a reasonable time. The driver, Rich, was very professional, helpful, and patient with my lack of car and towing knowledge. I will use them again for future enads.

I had my car’s gas line hit while driving close to a construction site at the freeway and had to find a towing company to take my car to the service place about 20 plus miles away. From the start, the gentleman who answered my call was awesome, patient and professional, prompt to help and answering all my questions. Love you guys! Thank you!!!!!!!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Had to transport a 6-door limo 90 miles away to PA for repair. They kept me updated throughout the entire process as to when the driver left to come get me, when he would arrive, etc.. Never kept me guessing. Driver was courteous, professional and had a great personality. A potential nightmare turned into a pleasant experience thanks to Eagle. Will not use any one else from now on. Thanks for everything!

I broke down at Newark Airport. Scheduled a pick up and Shawn was there on time and did a great job loading my car into the truck. He was very respectful and towed me to my car dealership. I highly recommend this towing company. They are professional and reliable.

I recently used Eagle Truck Services to tow my truck about 35 miles from my home to a repair shop. The company was quick to coordinate and respond. The operator Shawn was excellent. He was professional, efficient, and as nice as could be. Overall Eagle and especially Shawn made what is typically an inconvenience an enjoyable experience. Thank you!

Great service. It was Memorial Day Monday and we had a blown tire on our travel trailer. We were on the shoulder of Rt 287. We called our roadside assistance company and they arranged for Eagle Truck Service to come out. Joe was amazing. He arrived quickly and changed our tire. We were back on the road. It took just an hour from the time it happened till we were back on the road. Thanks!

Overall pretty satisfied, price was reasonable especially since I was not going very far (might have been different if I was going far). Joe my service provider was excellent, knowledgeable, careful and experienced. The only small issue was the wait time, I wish it had been a little better but given the storm related conditions I could definitely understand.

I was in a tough spot yesterday after my car was broken into and the wheels were stolen. I called Eagle for assistance and they were up to the challenge of moving a SUV without wheels to the dealership. Joe, Dave, and Kenny showed up about 15-20 mins after I called and worked carefully and efficiently to load my SUV onto the flatbed and move it. They did a great job and had a great attitude throughout. I felt that they treated my car like it was their own and "measured twice" so they only had to "cut once." Highly recommended.

Joe was courteous, helpful and creative about how to get my BMW on the truck when all systems were rapidly failing. Really appreciate his help when I was in a tough and dangerous spot. Thanks Joe!! Awesome job!

Amazing!!! Let me start with my experience and speaking with Larry on the phone. I called them the day before I needed them to pickup and deliver a forklift. Larry was extremely helpful and accommodating. Matt, the tow driver was able to pull the forklift off a gravel driveway, and on to the flatbed with no issues at all. He had to deal with a complex delivery in my warehouse, and was able to "McGyver" a series of pulleys, chains, and a winch; in order to remove the forklift (with a dead battery) to my warehouse. Guys are amazing, and highly recommend them.

Called after locking the keys in my truck Running in a parking lot. 15 min later my man Joe shows up. Really nice guy. 3 min later truck is open. No damage. Great price. Suprised. Saved my A $$. Thanks Joe.

Joe was great Was is in really tough situation I had a bass boat that need to be flatbed to a marina. Joe was amazing at his job extreme thorough and made sure that the boat was completely safe when it was on the flatbed. Was not a easy job but he made it look easy and I felt my boat couldn't have been in better hands. Cheers to eagle towing Job- june 25 flatbed a bass boat
