Terrible experience and even worse customer service. Already had a bad experience once with them and thought to give them another chance. Junk parts, that are damaged or not even completely working. Take your business elsewhere.
They bought my old junker for cash. Quick, easy and painless. I called for a time for them to pick up my old Subaru and we discussed a time and a place. They picked it up as discussed. Thanks guys!
Called to ask about a part, and they said they didn’t have it. Fair enough. But then the guy literally did an eBay search and tried to upsell me a part he found online. When I called him out on it, he just said, ‘Go buy them then.’ Total waste of time. Avoid this place.
They had the part they said they would over the phone got it right away in excellent condition. Was very happy.
There are two junk yards next to eachother. Just be sure you are going to correct place

Drove 1 hour in the heavy rain for struts for my car. Called them on the phone to confirm they had the parts.
Once i got there. They realized they tagged the rear suspension as the front and didnt have the parts I needed. Save your time & go somewhere that does better business
Had the transmission I was looking for and at the lowest price I have seen anywhere else, worked out great. I will be using them in the future for parts required.
I did not even think that I will be served so quickly and courteously, my car has already had its day and let it stay here, maybe someone will use some of its parts.
As a shop owner, its very hard to find an honest and motivated salvage yard. A&A is it for me. They always call back when they say they will, pricing is fair and they go over and above to locate what you need.
VERY poor service. Called and made an appointment for them to pick up a junk car. Waited over an hour after the time the driver told me he would show. NEVER showed. Lost time at work for nothing.
