I called 3 different times. Altho very polite on the phone, no one gets back to me when they said they would.
Needed a part off a car they had on site, called in Friday, they said they would investigate to see if the part was actually there and they would call me back that evening or Saturday morning. Never got a call back, I called back Monday morning asking about the part, they said they’d call me back by lunch. Called back at 4pm after not hearing from them, they said they’d call me back in an hour. They never called me back and at this point I went elsewhere.
I was quoted on a new trans for 5k from the Subaru dealer. I quickly called Roxbury Auto Wreckers and Joe and Alejandro were quick to assist me in finding a used trans for $600 that was practically new!

Donny, Derek and all the team members here are courteous, professional, helpful and very patient. I would not go anywhere else. Probably the best looking junk yard I ever saw. Very organized and clean. Bought my part over the phone and in 3 days picked it up. They can even get new parts. Easy peazy. Definitely recommend them.

I recently moved to the area and got in a car accident. Mechanics we’re giving me the run around. Taking my money and not getting things done. I took it upon myself to find the parts at this junk yard. By far the most caring, concerned, educational individuals I have met. Sharon is awesome she noticed things that weren’t replaced and guided me. I’m glad I met them they have a great team! I highly recommend if you don’t wanna be jerked around and lie too. Decided to try roxbury since they are open later. (I usually go to georges in newton) and I'm not really a fan and most likely won't be returning. Had a load of heavy iron (#1) that was about 1500 pounds or so. They gave me light iron price for the whole load when I only had about 50 to 100 pounds of light iron. Light iron price is almost half of #1 steel. I could've went to georges where they look at the load every time and pay you for what you actually have instead of making up numbers.

Never had a bad experience here. I've taken 4 cars over my lifetime here to junk and they have the best prices around for metal. In my opinion anyway. The staff is helpful. The place is huge and very clean.

Great business. Spent about 2 months trying to sell my Car on Carbrain.com, and they finally ended up sending a rude and incompetent tow driver. So I fired him and called Roxbury Auto Wreckers, and they offered the same price and towed the car less than 24 hours later. The guy they sent, John I think, was fantastic and an extremely nice guy. They also have decent parts in the scrapyard

I see Shannon most of the time and she is great to deal with. Joey or Derrick at the front desk are also great to deal with.. I read a couple of negative reviews which are upsetting to see. People have to understand these folks are not dealing with the most pleasant of customers on most occasions. Its not an easy job at time.

Unprofessional, was told a day or two for the part . After being strung along a week the part was bad . No apologies nothing. Will not return. The guy at the counter was nice , the girl was very rude.
10-3-19 update I did not see a way how to reply to the response so I edited this.
I was given no explanation about any issues. If that were the case I would’ve had it the same week then , instead of getting a run around . The lady on the phone even stated “oh it’s on the truck with the driver when it’s here I’ll call you when it’s here “ then 2 days later after I followed up it was there and there was no inspection. It was found in the bed of a pickup truck. Very unprofessional. It should not take a week to get a cylinder head. I sourced one and grabbed it from another junkyard in 24 hours.
I accepted an offer from Roxbury Auto wreckers to pick up my junk car. The driver, Baron, called to confirm the pickup and let me know he was in route. Showed up when he said he would and was very polite and professional. Great to have worked with this company.
Place is the worst I called them beforehand to make sure they would match prices and everything would go smoothly, but when I got there they tried shorting me money on scrap metal and once I proved them wrong they didn’t give me the price that we previously discussed... I will never waste my time there again, that is a promise. And they didn’t even apologize. How rude.
Spoke with a female worker Monday for 2 parts. She insisted on upfront payment. I gave
My card info and was told my parts would be ready Tuesday. Tuesday came and no call. I called and was told my parts were next to be picked and they would call. NO CALL. I called Wednesday and they couldn’t find my order and became quickly rude and loud. I asked how they took the money out of my card Monday but are now telling me they have other things to pick like engines and transmissions and they will call when they’re ready. The female I spoke to originally got back on the phone and nasty blamed me. She offered my money back. I gave my card info. Guess what! According to my bank a day later no attempts of reversal was being processed from Them. Fraud department is now involved. Shady company. Do NOT recommend. Also calling BBB to lodge complaint. Google should give the option of zero stars!!!!
Bought a 6 x 10 sure-trac Dump Trailer and could not be any happier with the service. The price was the best I found on the internet and Dan was a total professional and processed the transaction in a matter of minutes.
Can not remember the employees name that helped with the prep and delivery but he was outstanding as well and very thorough.
These guys are AWESOME!!! All i did was call them with what i was looking for, BEFORE looking over their website. They hooked me up with the part i needed, at an AMAZING price and was ready to go in the 15min it took for me to get there, on a weekend AND had to be pulled off the vehicle it was in. It wasn't until i got back and looked at their website i saw they ask for some time between the request and the pick up because some parts might still be on vehicles. They hooked it up when i was in a pinch. I will be going there A LOT more now.
I've been doing scrap for a long time. They always beat the competitor. Even if you shop around they always come back with the best prices. I don't even call around anymore because I know they will have the best price and treat me right. The staff is more than a pleasure to work with. Don't forget about the salvage parts you need for your vehicle. They have that too. Great salvage parts at a good price 5+ stars.
Juan helped my son with buying a small bus. I can't say enough about how well he treated us over many visits to the yard. He was honest, very fair and he went out of his way for my son!! I can't thank him enough, he made my son very happy!

I contacted Spike with an unorthodox request about one of his buses. He promptly replied to my request and was incredibly accommodating. All of the staff was friendly and helped me out. Fantastic customer service all around. If I ever need salvage parts in the future, I'll go to Roxbury.
