Our Boy Scout troop was looking for a new trailer to help on our camping trips. We currently had one that when loaded was approaching 9000 lbs and way too large for most of the vollunteer's veichles to pull. We had 2 different leaders transmissions fail related to the trailer. Roxbury and Dan and Dylan helped us out finding a smaller new all aluminum trailer. They have the best price for aluminum trailers on the east coast and they helped us out on price as we are a Boy Scout Troop. We needed a couple custom features (barn doors and extra height) and they were able to do it while keeping costs low. Checkout was also very easy and they helped processing ST5 tax forms for our non profit organization. All in all very happy with the purchase and would recomend to any scout troop needing a trailer. Gerald was also fantastic, on hookup we noticed the lights not working and he found a blown fuse in my truck and fixed it no charge. Great job all around! Thanks Roxbury!

Wish I knew about this place a long time ago. One stop shop for all your trailer needs. New and used parts. Wheels, tire/ wheel ,brake battery, hitches etc. Don't waste your time at Tractor Supply, Harbor Frieght or anything else that pops up on Google. If they don't have it, you dont need it.

Took a beaten up old trailer to Roxbury Trailers. What I brought home is like brand new: everything works (especially the brakes!!), the wheels don't wobble on the axle any more, the fenders are no longer bent and rusty, plus you'd never know the new slots they welded on (to receive the hook end of heavy duty ramps) weren't factory fitted. Top marks for Ken and his crew.
Happened to find this trailer repair shop in an emergency, had an issue with my trailer vibrating. I called roxbury trailer spoke to service manager Ken who immediately found time on his very busy schedule to get me in, on first meeting ken he was professional and courteous . Very knowledgeable and friendly he took one look at the tires and said they need replacing . I told him we take the trailer down to florida every year, he suggested a complete inspection on the trailer brakes,bearings,all electric including lights. Ken found a couple of issues in which he took care of, and at a reasonable cost. I really appreciated his concern with the safety of my trailer i would highly recommend this facility .
I have several trailers but needed a small 10’ for ATVs and riding mowers. Saw a used trailer at Roxbury Trailers and immediately called them. After a short call, I jumped in my truck and drove 45 minutes to look at the trailer. Ken the boss fixed leaky seals and found some issues with my trailer lights and wiring. Worked with Ken to get new axles put on an older double axle trailer I have. He really had to do his research and help me out in getting custom axles made for this one. Went above and beyond and got everything working fantastic. Ken was also a man of his word and did not charge me a penny over what he had originally quoted me. The family keeps getting bigger and now the trailer can handle more toys to keep having fun on!

In short notice, they helped us today and solved a brake controller issue on our truck and found and repaired a short on our trailer. Great purchase and friendly guys. Dump Trailers good but have only 2 issues within the 3 months of purchase after only a handful of uses (4-5) and it’s kept indoors at all time. Already starting to rust and grease fitting popped out and it’s my first time greasing it from when I purchased it due to needing to use my bigger dump recently on most jobs.
Ken helped us find a part for a boat trailer that saved us! I was coming to New Jersey all the way from Maryland to buy a boat. I needed leaf springs and he went above and beyond to find a part that would work for us. Not only did he make the part work, he talked you through every step of the installation. I had a 20 year old boat trailer that I did not want to put a lot of $$ into. But I know it needed some work to be safe. Ken at Roxbury trailer was excellent. Ken took good care of my trailer. Went in for yearly maintenance & some added on enhancements. Interior lights, rear exterior loading light bar, upgraded brake lights and a steel ramp transition plate. Took a little longer than expected but you pay for what you get. Quality at a great price. These guys are great! Salesman Dan Smith was super easy to deal with via phone, text, and email. The buying process was super easy and well laid out by the salesman. Ken & his service team did an amazing job on our new tilt equipment trailer. Installing a heavy duty wench & back up battery power supply inside the metal toolbox. Allowing use to control the wench & trailer tilt function with 2 separate cabled remotes &/or 2 seperate wireless remotes.

I forget the name of the other guy with glasses, he is the guy who attached the trailer to your truck and make sure everything is good!! Sales and service department are top notch! Purchased a 5x8 trailer back in 2019. When I had a slight mishap (100% my fault for not raising the jack before driving away ?) Ken from the sales department had me bring it in right away for repair. Not only did he fix the issue within a day, but you cannot even tell there was any damage.
