Do not buy from this dealership unless you want the worst customer service! We drove 4 hours to pick up an express van from the salesman who we spoke to the day before and confirmed we were coming to get it and then we get there and they say sorry we sold it an hour ago!! 8 hours wasted there and back! We were never asked for a deposit only assured us it would be ready to go when we got there! The manager was just as much a waste of time!! The lack of communication here was unreal! With owning a business for 20 years and buying several vehicles throughout the years I have never experienced this before and the lack of integrity this company has!!
I'm a contractor out of Pennsylvania. Saw this truck on marketplace for a fair price. Reached out and they got back to me immediately. Took care of a down payment to hold the vehicle until I could get out to take a look at it. Ryan did a great job from start to finish with the sale of our new 2017 F-250. It was a tough time for my husband and me due to a total loss accident but Ryan made the process smooth and was not pushy at all during a sensitive time. I would not go back there or recommend this place. Started out with a very good salesman named Ryan. Very quick to return my text and calls. I drive an hour and a half up there, when I get there the guys have no idea anything that Ryan and I talked about. Turned out there’s an issue with the four-wheel-drive. I found on my test drive. I asked Moe “the owner” to please check it out . I get a look like he can’t be bothered. He basically puts the truck in reverse to drive on dry pavement doesn’t move it a foot and tells me that it works perfectly fine. I explained to him it does not. I tried it on a gravel road. He Basically tells me I don’t know what I’m talking about in front of my wife and her daughter . (i own 12 2005-23 model year fords) He then tells me this truck isnt for me and just walks away completely wasting my day. That is horrible customer service. All I asked for was for him to bring the truck, put it up on the lift and check it for me. It didn’t even have to be today he could’ve just said yes we’ll take a look at it and let you know being im paying this truck in full no Financing, I already had insurance put on the truck ,paid to have a bank check for the price in full, and he just walks away, completely wasting my time. With an attitude like that, I don’t know how these guys could stay in business.
These guys are the real deal. My salesman Ryan found me a truck that had everything I wanted on it and then some. Price was right and they delivered it. When the truck arrived I was happy to see how good of condition it was in. A lot nicer than what I was expecting for the money spent. Everyone I dealt with was a pleasure to work with right down to the delivery driver.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Moe Jr at their Towaco location when I initially purchased my vehicle. I will honestly say it was not like any other interaction I have had when purchasing a vehicle. A man is only as good as his words and Moe's word is good! I bought a truck sight unseen from out of state he shipped it to me went the extra mile to meet my expectations. Did everything he could to make the truck as close to New as possible even though it is a used truck! People seem to forget you're buying used it is not going to be perfect but Moe tries his best to make it perfect thanks moe!!!

My husband owns his own electrical and property management business in New York. He is constantly on the hunt for vehicles to add to his fleet for both businesses. He happened to come across a post on Facebook for a GMC Savana All Access Van and reached out to Moe from the dealership. Moe was super professional, informative, personable, honest and we had just an overall excellent experience from the beginning to end with him. Really good guys. Honest & courteous. Flew out from Pittsburgh and they picked me both times, once to see vehicle and then to buy it. The used vehicle was serviced, cleaned, repainted and priced to sell. I would absolutely buy from them again.
This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Mo and Tony. They’re not only great vehicles and fair market value BUT the entire process is extremely seamless and efficient. When you work with Mo and Tony they’ll even register your vehicle with DMV, get you your license plates and necessary paperwork and all you have to do it pick everything up when they call you. If the vehicle needs to be serviced - they also own a Transmission Shop in Fairfield that leaves nothing up to the surprise. I’m very happy and satisfied with Mo, Tony - advanced fleet and their entire team. Believe me - once you work and purchase from them, you won’t go anywhere else in Northern NJ.
Everything about this experience with these guys was top notch. Im 8 hours away from them. Answered every question i had. Response time was on point. Sent every picture or video i requested promptly. Although i never saw the truck in person until after we did everything but sign paperwork. I put my trust in these guys, drove up and was not disappointed at all. The service here is top notch. I’ve purchased about 8-10 vehicles in the last 12 years or so and never had such a smooth and easy process as this one. Moe was outstanding to work with and my truck is perfect! They’re so well taken care of, he does all the maintenance required, they’re ready to go! He even stayed after hours for me which not many will do.
Whenever I need another truck, I’m going back to Advanced Fleet Management. No doubt about that. Oh and phenomenal prices.
After months of searching for a truck, came across Advanced Fleet Management. They had a large selection of inventory at a reasonable price. Very straight forward people and easy to deal with.
Total waste of time!!!!!! I hired a mechanic to go there which I had to pay 200$ I had to wait for Moe for over an hour while we were there test driving one of the truck we fell in love with that truck and was waiting anxiously for him to get there so we could pay and go… sadly he came and said that one is already sold, why the other workers didn’t know it was already sold then???? Moreover he started convincing me to buy another truck which was very faulty and upon pointing out the faults he then decide he wouldn’t bother give me a discount… they trying to play smart to take people money for trash!!!!! Definately wouldn’t recommend anyone here
Spoke with Mo on Friday night and planned to meet him Saturday to look at a truck I was interested in purchasing for work. Truck was priced fairly and Mo was very professional and courteous. My drive home was about 45 minutes and I was smiling all the way. I will definitely be reaching out to him again for my next work vehicle as well as a car for my daughter in the very near future.
Totally unprofessional dealer, downright nasty and no regard to wasting others peoples time. After speaking the night before and setting up a time to meet up in the morning. I texted Mo the salesman prior to driving 1-1/2 hours to see a Jeep they had for sale, he said no problem, so I proceeded with the trip. Upon arriving I seen several guys outside a trailer I asked where Mo was and they advised me that he’s on a test drive with the Jeep Wrangler the same one I was coming to see. I know business is business but he can at least gave me courtesy call to tell me he had someone else interested in the vehicle, I would have never wasted 3 hours round trip driving to New Jersey. Buyer beware imagine if there so sneaky to do something like this then I can only imagine the vehicles they are selling.
