Never answered back! Sent a request about a catalytic converter from an exhaust job I did on my bosses GMC 3500 and they just never answered me back. There are much better scrapyards to deal with! Since you say I didn't give you the required proof I'll add that you are full of crap. I sent proof of ownership and if something was wrong don't you think it would be the right thing to send an email saying what more information you need? You just didn't think it was worth your time. I used to use your service but now I would rather send everything to the landfill than support a business that does not give a crap about their customers.
Best company to go through regarding catalytic converter recycling ....They were straight forward and gave the best offer in my opinion I had 10 different offers and they blew the others outta the water when it comes to prices by at least 200 plus dollars thanks again to the owners for being so efficient and helpful I would recommend this company 10 out of 10! I would like to add that they gave me a 15 dollar add on to my next recycle that I will definitely be using special tha as to the owners and workers of the company!

Very good and straight forward instructions. A small pain to get setup but once that was done. Everything else was easy. I had some questions and the response was next day. After the package was sent. I received payment within a few days through PayPal.
Unlike most stuff in today's world, this isn't a scam. Sent in required documents, shipped cats as requested, got paid 1 day after the delivery confirmation was received. Doesn't get much easier.

Having dealt with local recycling centers in the past with converters. And knowing how they chronically low ball. I was surprised at the price offered for my units. Have sold two Catalytic Converters thus far and they have been great to work with. Easy to text them pictures and get a quote. Once I ship it (for free thanks to their prepaid labels you print out) I get either a check or PayPal transfer within a 1-2 days upon receiving the package. Will definitely use again!
I sent a catalytic converter from my ‘05 Civic to RRCats and the whole process was fast and easy. They sent a prepaid UPS label after they gave me a quote and I received the quoted amount a day after they received the converter. RR cats makes selling your old catalytic convertor so simple. Best price paid that I could find and even a free shipping label. Payment was also made within a day or so of them receiving my old cat.

They bought my old scrap converter and paid me really good for it. It was a very simple mostly automated process for filling out a form and taking some pictures of the converter. Also taking some pictures to prove you are not a thief and that you own the vehicle that it was removed from. Got paid 4 days after I sent the converter back thru ups. Sure beats driving around or calling around to local scrap yards just to see what they will give you. I did look around at what some people were getiing and they paid me well for it! A smooth operating business for sure, rare these days!

It's scary giving anybody a copy of your driver's license, but these guys are legit and have great security. They do a simple webcam photo to compare it to the license. I was given a price and a shipping label. The process was very easy, and I was paid promptly what I was quoted. I would definitely recommend them.
Tyler Artress is WONDERFUL. This was my first time shipping carbide so I was very confused and lost. He helped me every step of the way, even when my shipment got stuck at ups. He was incredibly patient with my questions and he took care of my shipment as soon as he discovered it was stuck at ups. He made what could have easily been a bad situation, a great one! Rockaway Recyling is great, I've dealt with them over the past year while clearing out a printshop while I relocate out of Brooklyn and they've always been helpful, professional and above all, incredibly friendly to deal with. Flexible pickup options, both for time and the type of vehicle. I used their box truck once and a roll off dumpster three times. Always quick with payment and I never once felt like I was being taken for a ride. Very highly recommended!

Got scrap?!!!! I sure got it hitting my whole car while I'm behind them on the turnpike. While the net apparatus they have on the top of the dumptruck to keep everything from escaping bounces around the whole time reaching heights as much as 6-8 ft and it doesn't even fit flush when it falls back down one side stays up about 3 ft and it definitely looks broken. These companies are two last two lackadaisical about and with everything that's in the news these days about dump trucks having accidents you would think they would take safety into more consideration. Thanks for the scrap hitting my car and damaging it especially when my child is in the backseat and I have the panoramic sunroof open.
