When it came to the actual work on my vehicle, the team absolutely exceeded my expectations. The quality, attention to detail, and care they put into the repair were nothing short of FLAWLESS. My car looks brand new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Had a bit of minor damage that required a new front fender, flare, and adjustment. Service was very professional and quick. Was referred to them by my dealership and couldn’t be happier.
My experience with this place started out good but after having my truck over a month and when I finally got it back that’s when things started making noise (they basically had to rebuild my truck and transfer the body over to a new frame ). Too it to the Chevy dealer since I didn’t trust them to fix it after giving me multiple excuses instead of taking it back in to fix everything. Well so much for my lifetimes warranty. Worthless warranty if I have to have this place fix anything Chevy found all the problems and missing brackets and loose bolts that weren’t tightened and after almost $400 bill I paid Chevy Motion didn’t want to reimburse me for the cost. Said my truck was old and probably was rusted bolts. Well I will give them one last chance to pay my out of pocket expense that Chevy fixed what they didn’t do I’m gonna reach out to Motion and see what their intention are and if they don’t want to take responsibility for the cost I paid Chevy then I guess I’ll be filing legal action against them which is my only recourse. We shall see and any updates I’ll try to update this review
UPDATE- Kyle has resolved the above issue and took care of my out of pocket expenses in full. I am very pleased with the quick response and handling of this matter
Everybody is warm and friendly, easy to work with after my last accident. They did whatever it took to get my car back to normal, went above and beyond. Highly recommend them and working with their entire team!
Made an appointment for an estimate, stopped in, had someone look my car over and gather info....said it'll be about a week to get me the estimate. Emailed mulituple times and filled out the contact form online....zero response over 3 weeks. Took my car to a place up 206 and got the estimate literally in 10 mins.
Honestly 5 stats isn't enough! I just got my cat back and to say they're extremely professional and give the best experience is an understatement! Thank you Motion! You guys definitely will be spoken very highly about from me! Everyone is such a pleasure to speak with. A million stars for them!
STAY AWAY. After 3 calls into Motion Auto Body for them to send my estimate.... still waiting. They really don't care anymore, call someone in the area that cares about providing great service.

Unfortunately my son had an accident but Chris and Bob made the situation as painless as possible. They took care of EVERYTHING from pick up from tow yard to speedy appraisal and worked with my insurance. I hope we never need body work but if we do then these are the guys to go to. THANK YOU MOTION!
I took my car to this shop after an accident. Prior to bringing it in they took photos of the car and gave the insurance company an estimate. They worked with the insurance company to be sure I got everything I needed for a complete repair. I felt very confident leaving the car with them based on the recommendations of others, and I wasn't disappointed. They did an amazing job repairing the damage. When I got it looked better than it did before the accident. From start to finish there was complete professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing body work.
So far everything been very professional. Dropping the car off tomorrow to be worked on the next week. More to come......

I brought over my car to motion based on their reputation around town and local area. When I went to motion everyone was great and very professional really made me feel like family and that I was in good hands, they assured me that my car would be a couple days and that’s all it took. Overall I give them 10-10 and I would recommend motion to all friends and family, I just wanna say thank you motion and tell Bruce I said hey!!!
John gave me a very reasonable quote on fixing my car. On the day of service they got it in-and-out before I even expected it. I would recommend Motion Auto Body to anyone.
The body work was good. I gave them 3 stars because apparently my car was done on Friday. They stated that they called but my phone bill shows that they didn’t, and I didn’t get a voicemail. I had to call Monday to ask if it was done. So they only attempted to call me once, which they didn’t and if I never called my car would have been there even longer, racking up my rental car bill! So I paid an extra 4 days on my rental car because they didn't call and leave a voicemail or attempt to call any of the other days my car was sitting there! Also, I spoke to the older woman stating that I was upset that I was not called and All I got was attitude.
Not sure yet I'm waiting for the owner to get back with to me with a quote, and they never get back to me to discuss the work I wanted to get done on my vehicle
Total waste of time. Stay away from this shop!!!!!!!!
Stay Away From Here!! I got my car back after a month they had it for. The side they repaired had a dent in it, and the color was way off. I talked to Carlos about it, then Bob came out. My car went back, this time dent was fixed, but the color was even worse and to top it off there was primer showing inside my car! After all that money I spent and the time they had it for. So I called Carlos again he put me through to Bob. Brought my car back. After two more weeks I got it back and the color was darker. Bob told me that was the best they could do. I literally had to bring it else where to be repaired. I'm not sure who wrote the other reviews but this place is terrible. Do not go here.
Really great service! Super nice staff and very attending to my needs. From previous experience in other shops, Motion is by far the best I have ever encountered. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
