This distributor dose not even deserve a star. I have had 4 Duramax LMM motors from them over the course of 2 years that all failed. They would warranty them with the one year warranty they offer and replace them (except the last motor). First motor made it 14k second motor was installed and truck was delivered to me by trailer and showed up running on 7 cylinders, 3 motor made it 33k and finally 4 motor made it 35k and was off warranty by 6 months. Called customer service and they told me to kick rocks. I would never recommend this distributor to my worst enemy! If you want to save yourself the $25k and nothing but head aches do yourself a favor and stay away. These motors are complete garbage. I would trust a screen door on a submarine more than the longevity of the life span of the motors they build!!!!
This place is amazing!! we had issues with our bumper and came up with creative ways to fix it and refused to take money. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Having been a customer of Jasper for a few years and being in the industry for over 20 years I can say I have experienced the gambit of options. Jasper bats for .999 in my book. I'm a tough customer to deal with and I expect perfection. As a master technician and a business owner I have a unique collection of experience that allows me to see things most might not pick up on. Pricing is on point and warranty service is far greater than you would get from the dealer. If they have an issue, know that they have your back. Good job Jasper. Keep it up.
Install a transmission unit on a vehicle which is supposed to have a parts and labor warranty and they dont pay for the labor to the shop when their product is at fault.

Since 01/11/23 Jasper has replaced my original purchase from them 3 times. Yes, 3 engine failures from the same manufacture in less than 7 months. 2 failed for the same reason, low oil pressure after brake in oil change at 500 miles and the new motor today failed with a blown head gasket upon initial start up. Each time I go through this I am out of pocket nearly $1700 for a rental car, replacement fluids and the labor difference from what their warranty covers. Needless to say, I'm out of pocket nearly half of what the new motor originally cost me which was $10,000.
Since 01/11/23 Jasper has replaced 3 failed Jeep 4.0 engines in my vehicle. Their motors either failed on initial startup or within 500 miles of installation. Two for the exact same symptom, engine low oil pressure. WARNING use Jasper engines at your own risk as their quality control and service is costing me each time out of pocket a little over $1,700.00 for a rental car, fluids and labor rate difference.
