Today, I stopped in looking for assistance, never expecting to have someone look at the car, offering to touch up the scratches on the spot, and not charge me or allow me to pay... I had gotten rear ended and was recommended to them. I went there and they fixed my back bumper perfectly, but when I left I noticed 2 huge dents on the roof of the car that were not there prior to going to the auto body place. They were nice enough to let me bring it back to get fixed and while it was there getting fixed, they crashed my car into another car and TRIED TO DENY IT! I told them to look at their cameras as I knew I didn’t have a smashed rear end, and sure enough they had to admit it cause it was clearly seen on the cameras. We were told the guy driving it didn’t know he hit it due to him not speaking english which makes no sense! Car guys (along with anyone) knows when they hit another car especially to extent of damage that occurred. They told me it would be fixed in another 2 days and perfect. It was perfect, besides a few scuff marks from their tools that they did not get off there. But the point is that we bring our cars to you guys to get them fixed and treated with care. This was absolutely unacceptable behavior and we will never be going back! Do not go here unless you want them treating your cars like shit! They will deny it!
I can’t recommend Motion Auto Body enough! They did an outstanding job repairing my car. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and transparent throughout the entire process.
The repair work was top-notch—my car looks and drives like new again! They also kept me updated on the progress and completed the work within the timeline they promised.

I had a nasty accident on RT 80 with a 6x6x6 piece of lumber that was dead center across my lane. Motion did a wonderful job with all the mechanical issues the lumber caused under my car. John was great, he kept me informed of all the things I needed to do for my insurance. They made a nerve wracking experience painless! They even cleaned inside and made it smell nice.
Kyle was incredibly helpful..from out of state and got hit. Had to be able to get home 500+ miles...he doctored us up to get home safely and didnt want payment....nice to know good business people in the area.
Outstanding service. Vehicle had a fender bender and John and his team went over and above with accommodating me because I had to keep changing my drop off date. Work was excellent and done in a rather fast manner. Recommend them very highly.

Excellent experience with John and the team at Motion II. Complete repair of a significantly damaged front end on a Ram 3500 from a deer, including a number of mechanical components. Excellent communication, and I was shocked to get back a sparkling clean detailed truck (both interior and exterior). I'll be stopping in to drop off a tip for the detailer :)
Would not use them again and would not recommend. Did competent body work, but took 3 weeks to do the job they estimated at 1 week. Returned the car completely dirty inside (with paddles of mud). On the rim they replaced, tire was at 22Psi.
I've been working with John and Kyle at Motion for a couple of years now doing body work and painting on the custom emergency vehicles we build. The work has always been perfect, priced right, and completed on time. The work relationship I have with them has been so good that when I needed some paint repair done to my personal leased vehicle I went to them. Again, they came through and had my car done in two days as promised. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you again guys.
Incompetent at best! Brought our family vehicle in to have damages repaired caused by a deer jumping through the windshield. I was ensured that the cleaning of the glass in the vehicle would be done as if their own infant child was in the car, as mine is daily.
Picked the vehicle up and their was glass everywhere. In the cup holder, in the air vents, on the dashboard, in the door pockets, in the shifter leather etc etc etc. For Shame! God bless Profressive as they aporoved Fonzarellis to do the job right, and boy did they!
Not happy with the Jefferson location at all. I was given my car back absolutely filthy inside. They told me they where going to wash my car but their was compound dust all over it. I had 10$ worth of quarters in my car they where all gone when I got my car back. My truck has a gap on the sides where water is getting in to the rubber seal. I was told that was fine. I felt like they didn't want to hear it. I'm not happy. I have going to motion in netcong a long time never had an issue with that branch.
I had repairs done on my vehicle after I was in an accident. I dropped my vehicle off at Motion and they had a rental car waiting for me. The service was top notch and the repairs were completed on time. I highly recommend using Motion. I am forever grateful for their service and expertise!
Had work done on my F150 and they did a great job. Repairs were done on time and they warranty it for as long as i own the truck. Everyone at the shop was very helpful and friendly.
My car was supposed to be ready on 1/16. It took them 2 extra weeks for it to be ready I tried to send my son with a check and and ID to pick up the car. They said the name on the cheek had to match the ID. So myself or my husband had to go. My husband goes the next day and he is told he can't pick up the car because his name isn't on the title of the car. The person who drove him had to go inside multiple times and was continually met with absolute racism. Now racist lake hopatcong might throw you a parade for this but this is so no unsuspecting minorities patronize your business by mistake. This is for them. And right after my husband finally is allowed to get his car we find two new scratches on the opposite side they worked on and a two Inch cut in the fabric of my car. Now upon seeing this. I was already calling the bank to do a stop check. But according to my app you guys already deposited it. So God was on my side and your check bounced. Hallelujah. Degenerates. You call me the next day and have the same racist receptionist threaten me. Your receptionist threatened me when I tried to discuss the damage to my car and she would only ask me how I was paying first. After the racism and After being threatened, I no longer considered motion auto a place I could bring my car to be fixed. THE tear in my leased 2016 ceiling is unfixable. The bootleg job that you would do would be laughable. And this isn't directed to the people who work on the car because you are only allowed to work as well as they allow you. Meaning it's management that determines how corners are cut. The classiest part was my car being on zero. No gas. Not a drop. Miles remaining-0. Not one, not 5. zero. So this place is stunningly and openly racist, they rip my car and then threaten me and my family if I don't pay. Now today my teenage son gets a phone call from motion,they proceed to threaten him, talking all kinds of recklessness. Naming my address, saying they're coming for us, threatening my son where he is now, and threatening all types of bodily harm. This place was recommended by progressive insurance and was told it would be better to use someone affiliated with progressive because the work would be guaranteed and they would have control over the process. Motion is run by a bunch of racist savages and if your not? you might want to rethink the people you have representing you, because they are. You use minority labor to fix your cars but a man of hue that walks into your shop to pick up a car he works and pays for himself, your melanin challenged self couldn't take it? But the real problem came when you decided to use old school tactics to collect money. You are running a business. You don't get to threaten women and children over a piddling $500 deductible. That rip in my car is going to cost more than that and I'm still waiting to see the pictures you claim to have prior to beginning the work on my car. See you call threatening me about money? But you cut me off about the rip in my fabric. You degenerates knew damn well you were handing me a jacked up car. That's why you deposited the check immediately after receiving it and you thought once you had the money you do whatever you wanted. Now if you want your money my car has to be fixed to the way the fabric was before you destroyed it. Not patched up. And. Not by you. See you in court. Or if you really want to lose your business keep threatening the lives and welfare of women and children.
