I am really torn while writing this review, I was there yesterday to get a few services for my car, I am guessing that they did an okay job, since I haven’t encountered any problem (but it is too soon to say). The whole interaction leading up to the service was honest and cordial. After I picked up my car I saw marks on the front grill (the metal part, not the plastic part) which were not previously there, I know this because just a day before I had my car washed, and I wiped the whole thing down with a microfibre cloth. When I pointed it after receiving the car, they outright denied it.
A piece of advice to everyone, take photos of your car if you are dropping it off and picking it up later. This shouldn’t be the case, but at the end you are the one left with a bill for repair, that didn’t existed before.
You can try them but just be cautious.
AAA jumped my car and blew a fuse and reset my computer in the process. Being new to the area Broad St Auto was right around the corner. I got my car in and within minutes Mohammed was under the hood resetting everything. Since then I’ve had brakes, suspension, a/c work and tire repair. I bring all 3 of my family cars here. Mohammed, Jose and Zach are the only guys that I will l trust my cars to. They are the best!

This guy is a genius for the cars and service very very perfect mechanic and skill worker whatever you say always a happy ready and so much helpful for us and not any word this guy is amazing believe me such a so nice guy so respectful for us And me also
I want to like this place, but it’s tough. The knowledge and hospitality is definitely there but the service and communication is not. Held my car for 5 days and didn’t do any repairs, only checked it and found out that I needed more repairs than what I thought, which is fine. However, no one called to tell me this for 2 days nor was anyone answering my phone calls, either. Please, call your customers and let them know what the status is. Don’t have them call you to tell you to proceed with the repairs; it’s why I brought my vehicle to your shop in the first place.

Mohammed is an excellent mechanic and great person, who does very high quality work. He is extremely honest and very reasonably priced. You will not find a better mechanic in Morris County. He does it all from brakes and suspension work to engine repair. The shop utilizes the latest state of the art A/C and alignment equipment to get the job done right. Give him a shot you will be happy you did!
I appreciate and respect the work he does so much, that even though I'm moving to Pennsylvania I will continue with Mohammed as my mechanic for things that I need done to my vehicle, when I'm back in Nj visiting relatives. He's that good!!!

Mohammed is an amazing and kind person. It was New Years Eve, we had some serious car issues, and we stumbled upon his shop. He was willing to not only stay open late on New Years Eve but also went out to get parts multiple times in order to get us home in time for the holidays. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place for everyone

NYE, driving home to NYC when my brakes start throwing sparks. I pull up to this shop 10 minutes before closing time freaking out. The kind owner kept his shop open for TWO HOURS PAST CLOSING on New Year’s Eve just to fix my car so I could get home safely. He put in so much effort and went out twice to get parts needed to make the repair happen. On top of that, he gave a discount and put my mind at ease.
Phenomenal service, absolutely amazing owner, just a great business overall.

I am a car enthusiast that typically work on my own cars. Having said that I do take my cars for service every now and then. I wouldn’t trust any place other than Broad Auto. The owner there is part of the crew and he knows his stuff very well and works on every car as if it’s his own. Him and the rest of the crew are very honest and trustworthy. They do not try to overcharge or oversell you something you don’t need. In my last visit I saved over couple of grand’s taking my car to Broad Auto than the Lexus dealer.
I was looking for a new mechanic in the area and could not have found a better one. Mohammed was able to order parts and get my car fixed within the week. He was kind, helpful, and took the time to share his knowledge with me. Most importantly, his pricing is fair and transparent. No upselling, no overcharging. 10/10 customer service.

Mohammed was amazing. I brought in my x6 that a had a faulty seat airbag sensor. He was able to save me some serious $$ by replacing the seat instead of the sensor. 10/10 would recommend for anyone in the area.
Honest and affordable mechanic. They were in Clifton and recently moved to present location in Lake Hiawatha. He has been our mechanic for more than 10 years and they did good work. New place is farther from my home but we don’t mind the drive —-very good guy and mechanic. His assistants are also nice and efficient. We are lucky to have him as our mechanic!
