Nice people but they try to charge AAA++ prices for B+ work, another thing to point out. No matter how much work you give them they do not budge on pricing which is outright overvalued by a long shot. Could go to a car dealer they will charge the same price for labor.
Brought my car in for oil change. It was the first time I used Pry Auto. They did a complete fluid check and made sure the car was in good condition before leaving their site. They are friendly & address any questions you may have.

Nice guys until you have a problem with their work. I have been contacting them for the past month trying to tell them that the part they installed in my car was faulty. After taking it back to them twice and them telling me that the part was not faulty, I took it to another mechanic. The second mechanic told me that not only was it faulty, but that it was a cheap aftermarket product, not an OEM Toyota part. I have attempted to reach them multiple times and they are giving me the runaround, not calling me back.

This is a hidden gem in Butler. Excellent service, knowledgeable, professional, they service my vehicle on the spot. I needed a headlight repaired and it was done in 15 minutes. At a quarter of the cost of what it would have been if I had gone to the dealership to have it done. I highly highly recommend prior automotive. There is not enough good things I can say about them.

Anthony at the desk was wonderful and even though he was very busy, took the time to research and found the part needed. Granted, I only had the oil changed, but their professionalism was outstanding and thorough. Upon picking up the truck there were some recommended services in the future because of the mileage.
