Quick, easy process purchasing a new work van! One of the best processes ever. We applied online, went the next day, picked the van we liked, signed paperwork and took the van home the next day.
These guys are awesome! No pressure, simple transaction. My van is exactly what I was looking for and in excellent condition for the price. I highly recommend Gaven Auto. When I plan to purchase a second work vehicle I will be back again.
I bought a van from this dealership, the worst experience I've ever had buying cars. The vehicle had problems from the very day I drove it off the lot: problems with the alternator, with the brakes, it started leaking oil, and to top it all off, it's been two months and they still haven't given me the license plates. Furthermore, the processing fees are exorbitant; I would never recommend it.
DO NOT BUY HERE!!! UNLESS YOU GET EVERYTHING THEY "PROMISED" IN WRITING, JAVIER salesmam AND BRIAN GAVEN the owner ARE SIMPLY SCAMMERS AND USE DECIEVING TACTICS TO SALE BUT AFTER THE SALE THEY DON'T FULLFILL ANYTHING THEY SAID VERBALLY.
I AM WITHOUT TITLE, CAN'T DRIVE MY OWN CAR SINCE MY TAG EXPIRED WAITING FOR THE TITLE, I HAVE MECHANICAL ISSUES AND OPEN RECALLS.
BTW ALL THIS "GOOD" REVIEWS ARE FROM CUSTOMERS THAT ARE ASKED YO GIVE BEFORE LEAVING THEIR REVIEW, UNDER THEIR SUPERVISION IN THE OFFICE.

Jose helped us find our first van for our company. Thorough and honest about everything on their vehicles with no BS. We found a few things we didn’t like on the vehicle preliminarily and without hesitation they said we would take care of it. I would do business with them again!

This company is a scam and highly do not recommend. Drove 3 hours for a van that was listed on website but wasn’t there. Convinced is into buying this another van. After purchasing and leaving off lot, there AC was not working. Told us to go buy the parts and do it ourself and they’ll reimburse because the mechanic wasn’t doing so. That was the first red flag. Now the transmission went and says take it to your local shop but our local shop doesn’t accept the warranty on the van. Called Eddy that’s a sales person at Gavin. He says their mechanic is backed at and everytime he says he will call back with more information he never does. This is a complete rip off and I will now have to contact a lawyer office to have this scamming complaint resolved
The process to purchasing my first cargo van was smooth and stress free thanks to Matt being so wonderful! Super kind staff and extremely organized with how they run things. It’s been 1 month since the transaction and I couldn’t be happier with it!

I came to this dealership twice. For 2 different vans. Both vans were actively listed on their website for around $5-6k. Go there to find out the van is long gone. I am aware that cheap vans sell fast but its not rocket science to remove a listing from your own website. The sales rep then tries to push me toward a $20k van. Said I can't test drive until I get pre-qualified. So I can't drive it, its 4 times my budget, and he really tried to push financing.
On their website there are 11 vans under $10k when I went there he showed me 1 and it was a 2003.
It's not all bad. They do have a large selection of low milage newer fleet vehicles. 2019 and newer with less than 70k miles. But they are all over $20k and that's not what I was looking for.
I think they intentionally leave up old listing or maybe even fabricate listing in order to draw customers in. Luckly I am only 5 min away. But beware if you are coming from further away
Also be very cautious reading reviews. They offer Amazon gift cards in exchange for 5 star reviews. So the first time I did leave with a $5 gift card. But after a repeat of the first visit I have changed my review.
I originally gave them 2 stars. But have since changed it to 1 star. After they didn't like my review they decided to go attack my business.
Look at the pictures you can see this classy establishment in action. Instead of updating their website to accurately show their current inventory. They decided to look me up. Find my business then attack it. Even though my business has never serviced them. Very petty business practices
Extremely disappointed with how unorganized this dealership is. From the start there were red flags: classic bait and switch tactics, lack of transparency with pricing, and constant excuses about the manager never being available.
We put a deposit down on a vehicle we were seriously considering, but after receiving an extremely high insurance quote, we decided to pause. When we asked for our deposit back, the salesperson Matt told us to email a refund request, then immediately blocked our number.
Now, every time we call the dealership, we’re told there’s no manager available, and suddenly they’re claiming that they don’t do refunds on deposits, which was never disclosed to us at any point.
Interestingly, they were willing to bend their own policies when it was convenient for them. They waived the credit card fee just to convince us to leave a deposit in the first place. But when it came time to return the money under reasonable circumstances, all of a sudden their policies became set in stone.
This kind of dishonest, shady behavior is unacceptable.

I cannot stress enough how amazing these guys are the place is immaculate. Their process is so smooth and they’re so honest they tell you exactly what’s going on with the vehicle if it needs a transmission or if there’s any issues with the car, but most of their vans that are here are in really great condition. We end up purchasing two different vehicles from them. We got such a great market price for the vehicles and they’re in great condition. I would recommend both Matthew or Javi. They are excellent.
Just had a wonderful experience here at Gio with Matt P. He was able to help me with everything I was looking for to get me exactly what I needed and did not play back-and-forth games like some other dealerships would do. I highly recommend these guys.

Matt is awesome sales guy to say the least. He went above and beyond let me scan vehicles, and took some time and put in a new battery and got the car in great road ready condition. Can't go wrong with Gaven Auto they know what you need and work with you for sure will recommend them to other contractors.

bought a van from these scammer while leaving the dealership the van began to smoke ,when I got home there was no oil or coolant inside the van I made several calls but they keep declining my calls 1-2
weeks later van transmission started to slip I tried contacting them again no response so I decided to go back to the dealership upon my arrival I met rob in the parking lot he said he’s going to take the van for a test drive while driving he said the problem is probably the speed sensor or the transmission and said I should have my mechanic to take a look and they will pay for repairs I said ok ,on my way home 30 mins into the driving van started to smoke so I contacted them back where I was informed that the dealership is no longer responsible for the van so I’m stuck with the towing bill leaving out the transmission bill STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
Got a 2019 ford transit 250 dealing with Matt. Him and the guys were able to secure a nice rate in my business name. Everything was smooth from A to Z. I will definitely be back for more. Thank you.

I worked with Mark to purchase a 2013 Box truck for my Drywall and Plaster business. I am from Rochester NY and I bought the truck site unseen which was very rough to begin with. Mark followed up with me through the entire process with calls and texts. He was very easy to reach when I had a question regarding my vehicle. He also sent me pictures of the truck before I bought it. I had the truck delivered and wrapped with my company logo on it and I am now making money with it. I would definitely buy from them again. I simply cannot say enough of how kind and professional these owners are! I originally purchased a vehicle which turned out to not meet my expectations and I couldn't afford the vehicle I truly wanted(my dream car actually a humvee h2!:) so,to my shock, to give me the best customer satisfaction experience(and,even at loss on their profits!)they swapped me and my purchase doc's,etc.,into the car I really wanted but could not afford! I can't say enough about them or the classy way they manage their business. Old world manners over money 100%! I will only do business with them and send business to them and simply just from my experience by comparison to other car purchases I've made and always felt unsatisfied in the end...this was not the case at Gaven and I still have their license plate frames on my H2:)!!! Best of everything to them and theirs!
