I had such a great experience with Booton Auto Body! Before finding them, I called several other auto body shops and felt like I was getting the typical runaround about how long repairs might take. But when I called Booton Auto Body, they were friendly right away and were able to quickly identify that my repair would likely be a simple fix.
When I came in, the environment felt welcoming and like a family business. I also explained that I didn’t want to leave my car unless it was actually going to be worked on, and they were very understanding and respectful of that.
Jose went above and beyond to help me. He noticed I was about to order an Uber and kindly told me that Enterprise offers free rides for pick-up and drop-off, which saved me money. That small gesture really showed how much he cares about customers.
What impressed me even more is that they fixed a few small damages I didn’t even bring the car in for. When I picked up my car, it was extremely clean and looked great.
It’s hard to find an honest, caring auto body shop, but Booton Auto Body truly cares about their customers and their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto body repair. If I ever need work done again, I will definitely be going back!

It is an absolute pleasure to write this review about Boonton Auto Body! I cannot say enough good things about them!
Our daughter damaged the front fender, wheel, and bumper of her car a couple of months ago. Wanting to get it fixed before winter sets in, we took it to 5 different places to get estimates for the repairs (we were not going to process this claim through insurance but, rather, pay out of pocket and all five places were made aware of that). Four of the body shops we took the car to told us we needed to replace the bumper and that it could not be fixed. The cost of repairs, for each of them, would have been between $3000 - $3500 (all based on after-market parts). Boonton Auto Body, however, told us they could repair the bumper and wheel and, also, replace the fender for less than $1200. Needless-to-say, they won our business and, after having the car for less than one full day, we had it back in our hands that same evening and it looks fantastic! You would never know that any damage was done to the vehicle!
Jose, Jorge, and the entire team, at Boonton Auto Body, are simply top notch and the absolute best in class! I highly recommend them and if, in the future, we need to have any work done on our cars I will skip the running around and just bring the car to them!

I was beyond impressed and with Jose and his team. Jose was courteous and very helpful with explaining and communicating throughout the whole process. It was so nice to get the car back in better condition than when I left it with them!!!
Was surprised and skeptical to see a car repair place with only 5 star reviews but soon realized why. They did an excellent job and was able to salvage parts from my side mirror that 2 other repair places including my dealership said had to be replaced. I've had several cars repaired at Boonton Auto Body over the last bunch of years and they always do great work. Sal is a hands-on owner and a pleasure to work with. Their repair work is excellent, the vehicle looks factory new when you pick it up.
Sal and team run an exceptional operation. i have used them twice now over a period of several years and their work is first class. Its a true body shop where they look to repair and restore rather than just replace. On top of the amazing repairs, they are great people, trustworthy and transparent. Highly recommend this team if you need work done to your car.
I highly recommend Boonton Autobody. I received 3 quotes before talking to Sal, 2 of them were more than double his quote. He made the whole process so convenient and easy for me, letting me drop off and pick up on the weekend, and giving me a quote through pictures. He got me in quickly even though he was busy and got my job done in two days. He was honest and transparent and just a pleasure to work with. And the car looks as good as new!

My car had been significantly damaged in a collision. Boonton Auto Body was recommended to me by my friend who had been going there nearly 25 years. From the moment I contacted them, they were friendly, patient and thorough. I was very comfortable asking any questions. After I brought in my car, they communicated directly with the insurance company (of the person who caused damaged my car) so the process for me was seamless. After my car was repaired I was absolutely floored when I saw the work they had done. It was as if it were new again (my car is 12 years old)! I couldn't believe my eyes. The work they do is an absolute A+. I smiled the whole drive home! :) Thank you to Sal & team!
I would highly recommend Boonton Auto Body for their professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work. After damaging the front of my car, I brought my car to Boonton and had a wonderful experience working with Sal. Sal was in constant communication with me throughout every step of the process, patient with me as I worked through my insurance, and courteous in answering all of my questions and addressing my every concern. When I picked up my car, the whole car looked like new, drove wonderfully smooth, and has not had an issue since.

Boonton Auto Body is AMAZING! I got into a fender bender and took my car to Boonton Auto Body. I got my car back looking brand new! Sal is beyond knowledgable with cars and provides wonderful customer service. Lisa in the office was super helpful and caring! The staff is very friendly, their work is incredible, if I could give them 10 stars I would! I highly recommend Boonton Auto Body to all of my friends, family and anyone in need of an auto body!
Huge shout out to Boonton Auto Body, Inc. My car had some damage done to it by another driver in a parking lot and I immediately chose Sal Colangelo to work on my car. He made working with my insurance company easy and there was a quick turnaround with my vehicle. Extremely responsive and professional business! I would not hesitate to refer people to them nor would I ever hesitate to go back to them if need be.
I guess it’s a good thing that I don’t have much call for auto body work, but I guess accidents happen to the best of us. Got a recommendation from someone in town to call Sal at Boonton.....can’t say how glad I was that I listened. Even with rental car coverage, you want your car back. Sal was quick, thorough, NICE, and even though the car was barely 2 years old, it left his shop looking nicer than before the accident. Here’s hoping you don’t have to use them, but if you suffer a mishap....just go there!
Sal is awesome to deal with. He took great care of my car, took it in same day I called and had it ready earlier than expected. Best of all he dealt with the insurance for me and saved me the headaches. His crew is top notch and Sal is a class act. Highly recommend.
