So I drive to four Auto Parts Stores,No Luck So I said to myself let me give Napa Auto Parts a try so I go in and ask the Auto Parts Attendant would you by any chance have thermostat for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, Let me Check, ya in luck, what ya know there's one in Stock she replied Thank God! And Thank You Shannon that works in the Shrewsbury location
Horrible selection, small store. Furthermore, I walked in, not greeted, walked around for a minute while both guys working left to the stock area or wherever. So I got no greeting, no offer to help find anything. Save yourself a trip.
Needed a new battery since mine was completely dead, so I went there few minutes before they close. There were 2 employees and I needed help to get the battery replaced. DOUG one of the employees stayed after they closed to help me out. The other person left but Doug decided not to let me hanging without having my battery replaced. Thank you Doug for the great human being you are.
Nick at the front counter is always a tremendous asset. He always gives clear and thoughful answers to my questions (I know very little about cars). If you just ask, his knowledge base will save you time and effort every time!
Just stopped in to pick up some maintenance items for the cold weather we had coming up. Everything was easy to find and priced accordingly. Nice guy good service at the counter.
This store is staffed by true professionals unlike many of the newer chains out there. Their prices are competitive across the board, the quality of their parts are good, and they always seem to have what I need in stock. Definitely one of the best auto parts stores in the area.
Around the corner is hard to beat. Add a 1964 tractor seat mount into the mix and you need creativity. Only experience inserts one rubber hose into another for a little cushioning. In some cases, no most, fixes need the help that only come from knowing inventory. Prices often beat other places with auto in their name.
