terrible please made me go pick up parts i drove 1.5 hrs to get there then they told me sorry part no available after telling me prince and to come pick up part same day
if i could give a 0 star rating they would get it. they will tell you what you want to hear on the phone until you get there. waste of time even dealing with them. very unprofesional. sure they might have the parts but at what cost.
Nick was awesome! I’ve never had to really deal with an accident and collision repair before. But my daughter’s car was totaled and he helped walk me thru the steps to take care of everything. Great guy and really made dealing with a difficult situation that much easier.
I called about 15 other spots no one had a Knob shifter set for Chrysler. They did very quick and friendly experience for the first time there. Have a lot of very hard to find parts ! Dude Chris helped me, awesome guy
I needed a front windshield wiper and linkage assembly so my mechanic called here to get a quote for a used part. He was told it was $50. When I arrived 2 days later I was told it was $50 for the motor and $65 for the remaining part. I purchased just the motor but decided to check online for the part. I found it new and fully assembled on amazon for $110. It was not fair to charge $115 for a used unassembled part. I was aware there was a restocking fee for returns. I lost money and time returning this part. I also do not recommend using zelle to pay. It took hours for them to return my money because only the manager can do it. The price for a part varies depending on who's asking and it just wasn't fair. The last person I spoke to on the phone did provide good customer service and ensured I got my money back.
Update: The product I purchased on Amazon was the complete product I asked for in the first place. Which again, you gave a cheaper quote to my mechanic. Please address the discrepancy in pricing before telling me to research. I did my research and brought that part right back to your location because I was overcharged and still did not have what I needed to complete the job. Thankfully my wipers are working perfectly with my amazon part.

Chris and his team are great helped me with a hard part to locate, but they had it, and Richie was great helped operating the fork lift like a master of his craft they go above and beyond and they are fairly priced on there parts

The guys are very helpful and willing to assist you in locating the part that you need. If they don't have it, they'll make sure to order it so it available to you. I had an issue with a part that I purchased, and they didn't give me a heard time on returning it. I'd recommend everyone to start your part search here. You won't need to look any further.
if I can give you zero stars, I would. I drove over 50 minutes to this place. When they told me they had 3 seats in stock. left work on my lunch break drove all the way there. Told them what time I would be there and when I get up I have to wait 30 minutes just to be seen then waste another 30 walking around the lot trying to find sad seats come to find out, they had none in stock, and when I got frustrated with them, they said they’d rather not do business because I had an attitude. from the three phone calls I had was establish when I was under the impression the seats would be polled when I got here come to find out they were no help at all waste of my time. Do not come here or waste your money bad business overall couldn’t even help me out when I told him I drove 15 minutes on my lunch break to come here then sad because I was looking for the seat for an extra month. He should charge me extra. YES AN ATTITUDE WAS GIVEN AFTER WASTING MY TIME BY TELLING ME YOU HAD 3 IN STOCK WHEN YOU HAD 0
Took long to answer the phone and then did not seem interested to talk. I said good morning, but for whatever reason the energy over the phone was not pleasant. In addition, they did not have what I needed. Although it was a stretch, from the long ring, and impolite interaction. I knew they wouldn't have it on top of the man whom answered the phone.
I needed a part that day. Chris and the team located the exact part I needed and called me back within the hour to pick it up. The part was clean and priced extremely fairly. Best salvage yard I have ever used

My husband stopped in to get a part for his window. He's not super handy but he's a quick learner... so he needed a little help with the piece. Not only did Chris and Mike help with that piece but they also looked at some other stuff on the car. Decent pricing and honest down to earth guys. I definitely recommend them! Had a great experience with them! They had my one part at their yard, so i was able to get it right away! And the other part they had to order for me and it was there the very next day! That was great since i didn't have to wait long for my car to be fixed! The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful! I would definitely recommend going there for your parts!

Great family owned place. I have gotten my car fixed there now a couple times. I was very satisfied each time. They really try and help to save you on cost anyway they can. They also did a great job fixing my dad's truck.
