Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They accommodated me and worked with me to get my vehicle running again. There was no push for time and service and I was able to pick up my vehicle on the weekend with their lock box system. I was able to pay through text and email. This was very convenient since I don't live in the area. Highly recommend.

They are the best! Always honest and always take time to explain. Since I’ve had my Mini they have been fantastic from check ups, any issues, getting me in with my crazy schedule, and suggestions. Also - I always have to wait with my car and their waiting room is filled with beverages, snacks, and internet access which makes it so easy and convenient.

I had an excellent experience with Autobahn Automotive. They recently worked on my 1989 S-Class MBenz, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The engine now runs like new, smooth, powerful, and reliable. What really stood out was their expertise, honesty, and attention to detail. Ryan and the team at Autobahn perform the highest quality of work. They solved a very difficult engine oil leak issues that the dealership would not touch for less than half my car's value. Autobahn was able to diagnose the issue and provide me with a great explanation of the work and the steps necessary to fix it. Also at a price point that was extremely fair. They also did not charge me more when they had to redo work due to a faulty replacement part. They are my go to auto shop!

Brought my BMW in because of a strange noise coming from behind the back of the center console. First time customer. Waited in the waiting room for about 15 and Ryan came in to bring us into to the service area to explain the problem. Turns out it was a broken clamp to the brake cable. Fixed it with zip tie at No charge. Incredible service, honest and can’t say enough good things about them. They will be my go place for any car maintenance

I would highly recommend Autobahn. I had a new engine replacement on my Atlas. It was towed there & it took me a week to decide to do the service. During that time Kristen & Ryan took all my calls & the time to answer my questions. I wasn't charged for keeping my car there. Very reliable service. Not salesman type at all. Trustworthy & knowledgeable team. Service was completed in time of 2wks as promised. Will be going there for future services.

I was driving down to Atlantic City when I suddenly noticed a serious wheel alignment issue — 100 miles from home and 100 miles from my destination. Audi was closed, and I was completely stuck. Even though the service department at Autobahn Automotive was busy, they took my car in right away, test-drove it, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it on the spot. The repair was fast, professional, and only $200, compared to the $500 Audi would have charged me. The techs were skilled, honest, and efficient, and the front desk staff — both the guys and the girls — were kind, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I was looking for a great Service center for my BMW and didn't want to go to a dealer and Autobahn didn't disappoint. They were able so schedule me very quickly and made the process extremely personable. Great facilities, wonderful customer waiting room and friendly staff. I would recommend them over and over again. They will be the only place I let service my BMW.

Total inspection of my Audi A 4. 2005 Water Pump was leaking . Found underneath chassis was rusted out and unsafe to drive. Thanks so much for finding this out so as fixing was not worth while!! Executive Summary: Wheel Alignment - Well Done Please note thatI only give four stars because no one is perfect. This review follows my second service experience with Autobahn Automotive and again, I was totally satisfied with the service performed. Following my first service, Autobahn identified a broken rear coil spring on my 2013 Cayenne diesel. When I took the car home and put it on my home lift, I realized that Both springs were broken. The OEM parts and labour to assemble them and then install them was beyond my budget for a 12 year-old car. Therefore, I sourced aftermarket complete struts and installed them myself … as a very difficult DIY job. In any event, although I tried to mark the bolts that I took off when removing the old strut assemblies, I didn’t do a good job because my alignment was very off. Autobahn did a wheel alignment and got the job perfect on the first try. And, they honored the price quoted on my inspection report. As I mentioned in my first review, I believe I have found a home for the servicing of our six German cars. GJA Forked River, NJ

This was my first time at Autobaun Automotive. The service was prompt, the staff was professional, courteous, and informative. The garage was clean and organized, which led me to believe their mechanics were not typical grease monkeys. I will not hesitate to return when I am in need of my next service or repair.

Found Autobahn by chance as I was searching for a place that wanted to service my 2011 E550 4 matic. After visiting several shops that didn't even call me back after stopping in, Autobahn welcomed me on a cold visit, listened to my needs, and booked me an appointment. The staff were amazing! They got my car diagnosed, did the needed repairs, and alerted me to other issues that needed attention - but with no "hard sell" pressure. I was so happy with their excellent communication and compassion as I'm on a budget. I will be going back to get the rest of service done there- and i come from Hazlet.

10/10 would recommend anyone with a foreign car to bring it to these guys. They know exactly what they are doing and are super professional. I have brought my car here 3 times and nothing but positive things to say. First time using Autobahn Automotive (for a high mileage 2007 Volvo) but so far, very impressed. Was able to drop car off the day we called and they had it diagnosed and the part ordered within a day; and the car repaired and back to us shortly thereafter - at a reasonable price. Much more personable and informative than any dealer we’ve used. Definitely plan on having them do additional work on the car as budget permits. Now, second somewhat major repair and third time utilizing Autobahn’s services. Still continue to be impressed with them. First repair involved rear brakes, rotors, pads, hubs and emergency brake. Second repair involved replacing A/C compressor. Both repairs seem flawless. Other repairs have involved replacing a motorized trunk latch and struts used to support a trunk partition in Volvo C70s. Bottom line: we feel comfortable having them tackle anything that might come up, large or not so large. Seem reasonably priced too. Glad to have found them.

Had our first experience with Autobahn Automotive this week and I cannot say have been more pleased with experience. While they are master mechanics handling many foreign car makers, including Volvo, what I found most exceptional was there communication system. You could text them and they answered immediately and you can tell is not automated. They send the full quote of work to review via text and email. Just completely positive experience all around. Pricing was beyond reasonable. They will be out mechanics full time moving forward. Thanks again

I had an episode with what I thought might be a transmission concern with my 2014 Volvo with 101K mi. I was recommended to Autobahn Automotive by my local mechanic who doesn't do that type of work. After checking their many excellent online reviews, I tele and spoke with Ryan who understood the problem, and even though it was mid-afternoon, said to bring it in and they would take a look at it. After getting off the phone, I discovered it would take me longer to get to their shop then I thought, and called back to see if they had a loaner if my car needed to stay overnight. This time Christine answered, and after checking to make sure, she said they have a loaner car available for me if needed. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Ryan, Christine, and another service attendant. Another fellow came out of the bay as I explained the issue with my car. I was then directed to their comfortable waiting room. Maybe 35 minutes later, Ryan came into the room and went over their findings. There was no determination of any transmission concern, and all tests and fluid results indicated no concerns, albeit with the understanding that Volvo transmissions are complicated. I then went to the counter to pay for their time and diagnostic, and was surprised to be told..., "We don't charge for this." I thanked them for the excellent service, and found my car waiting as I walked out the door. I am very impressed with the entire process and overall service. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Autobahn Automotive.

This place is the best had issues with adding coolant to my bmw came in and he checked for leaks and said I was good to go. No Charge now most places would have charged something so they will have my business from now on trustworthy and know all about bmws and other German auto Now I have to say this spot out beats any BMW dealer ship in Nee Jersey and the prices are very reasonable and the mechanics are the best in the business and know all the German made motors like nothing else iv ever seen. You can relax knowing your car is in great hands here and iv never ever felt like that at any dealership as dealerships always try and upsell you. I’m only posting because I was so happy to find a great place to take my car that I care about.

I decided to give Autobahn a go for service of my 2008 Audi A4 Avant Sline. This car was my wife's in absolutely perfect condition with only 30,900 miles. It only needed an oil change, but Autobahn did a complete system check up. It was nice that Autobahn found no problems and even wrote that car was immaculate. From registration to service, the entire staff was amazing. This will be my service center moving forward and I highly recommend them. Steven Wrigley. MD.
