Tried calling several times within 3 hours. No anwser. Went there. Tried to call them while sitting in the lobby. Watched them all ignore the phone ringing.
Brian and his mother, Lisa, are some of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I don’t know how they’ve stayed in business with their atrocious people skills and customer service.
They were very friendly and helpful when I called for some parts today. I drove an hour to pick them up and the parts were pulled and waiting for me. The parts salesman that took care of me was excellent. I had a good experience and would use them again if needed. Thank you!
Agree with the other commenters. The phone sales staff/support were very rude and short. Said I had to pay for the part before they pulled it, then when they finally called me back to say the part was rusted they claimed they didn't charge the card. What's the purpose of requiring payment first if that's the case? Just very rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend these people again. I got "rural angry man at society" vibes from the salesperson.
Very impatient over the phone, perhaps in.a rush but it's happened more than once. Reasonable prices and organized, but even though they had my part I chose to do business elsewhere because of poor service, abruptness and attitude. Disappointing because it's potentially a good local business. Perhaps they'll read this review and adjust...
Very short miserable folks. I'm speaking of the owners not employees. They are some angry people. It's always a last resort and wonder how much of a scrouge that guy is gonna be when I go. Been that way since they been around.
