I'm actually pre writing this before I go there for full transparency. I hope to find a set of four 8 lug wheels for my Chevy 2500. If they have them, the review will be based on the experience. Straight up. Lessee what happens. If they don’t have them I will just not review at all. I may also scrap there in the future so I hope they have the wheels.
Used tires are often expensive when they need to move to your wheels. If there's time you can often find the wheels with tires as I did. Just make sure the wheels match the lug spacing on you hubs. Consult a chart of the measurements by tire size; know the measurement points. I was very pleased with what I was able to find. Just realize you are trading you time to save money.
I can’t express enough on how wonderful this company is I want to make a special thank you to Francis and Rick for doing an amazing job removing our boat from the property they had many obstacles but never gave up I am so grateful to them for all their hard work

The people who work there are very rude and arrogant. I am pretty sure they are frauds as well. When you get the ticket to show how much weight/money you get back from scraping the weight is scribbled so poorly to the point where you can’t make out a single digit. I know in many occasions where I have brought well over the total weight and equivalent money and they paid less than half of what I was owed. One instance I brought over 1200 pounds of heavy metal and they only gave me 33 dollars. Earful company and workers I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone and would reconnect going literally anywhere else to scrap metal.
The owner was very rude to me. Screamed at me and told me to get out just because I asked to have cut terminals taken off a car battery. I just wanted the battery and asked nicely and the owner screamed at me and told me to get out. Dont recommend this place at all. Very bad service.
COMPLETE SCAM STAY AWAY FROM !!!!!! If you were to call them to get a quote they would give you much higher quote for your metal , but as soon as you drop it off they immediately will find reasons why they can't offer you the same quote prior. By that time you have already invested your time and effort and would have to agree to their new terms !! Complete bait and switch place !!
My 2002 Suburban needed a replacement steel wheel (it had rusted around where the valve stem was, and was leaking air) Dan from Red Bank Recycling sold me a nice set of steel matching wheels for my Suburban, They told me one price on the phone and then when my son went to pick them up they were 40 dollars more than what he had said on the phone, but we got the wheels. I'll fix this to 5* if we can fix the price issue, as the wheels are good
I went in looking to get my windshield replaced and was met but a rude and obnoxious employee who was outside of the building. I don’t know who he is but just that interaction with that employee alone was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND GOING HERE. Unless you want to be met by a rude and disrespectful employee who has the nerve to speak to customers in such a distasteful manor.
I cannot recommend this company. We performed a service for them last October and they have consistently refused to pay our bill. If they will stiff a small family owned business, I'm afraid they will stiff you do. By the way, our invoice was for a whopping $100.00. Sad.
We used them for getting an 11 yard container when we did our kitchen demolition. They were very flexible, responsive, and helpful. They came quickly with the container. And when we had a small miscommunication on pickup which caused an extra charge, they made sure to handle it without even being asked. Would definitely use them again.
