On June 2nd, my license plates weren’t removed from my towed totaled vehicle. It was a Friday late afternoon, I was concerned throughout the weekend.
But when I called IAA at 8AM Sharp, a reception answered immediately and was very helpful and assured me that my plates were at their office. She offered to mail them directly to me, free of charge or pick them up. I drove there, grabbed my plates and I was in and out within 2 minutes.

Fairly smooth transaction to pay for an auction vehicle. Do not expect any friendly or welcoming service from the staff. I'm certain the owner allows it, because they seem comfortable. I certainly wouldn't and I am a business owner.

Super disappointed with this place, no consideration for people’s time. We were involved in an accident on the New Jersey Turnpike. A couple of days later after we got out of the hospital and got our rental to come get our belongings from the car. We called ahead to make sure there are no issues because we live out of state. An associate told us as long as we got there before 5, we would be able to get our belongings. We showed up at quarter to 5 and they would not let us get our belongings and that their yard closed at 4:30. No accountability for what their associate told us, no compassion for a family that just went through a tragic experience. Please avoid this place by any means necessary. I’m so disappointed, who knows when I will get back to NJ.
This place is a place that you can donate your vehicle in any condition, it will be auction off and the proceeds will be donated to any organization that you want.
Was stuck in their driveway and one of their tow truck drivers was able to drive me home. Best employees super nice friendly and comforting with my kids. Picked up and dropped off quickly with out any issues super happy. Thank you!!
It is like Copart, an insurance auto auction. You will need a broker to look and buy as they do not deal with public directly. This place is more difficult to deal with but it offers more information upfront, while Copart vehicles seems to always have undisclosed hidden damages.
Great auto auctions. There's a really tall guy I believe his name was John. I spoke with him about what he think about the car I was getting and he was 100% accurate. He didn't sugar coat. His advice is golden and they should hire more guys like him. I ended up getting 4 cars that day because of him.
Service poor. The staff was not helpful and did not send my car keys with the vehicle to the repair shop after a 45 minute ride out of my way. I will never so business with them again.
