The driver on Aug 11, 2024 at 10:56pm. He drove fast through the parking lot of Wawa rte 9 N in freehold, then ran through 2 stop signs with that big truck. That kind of driving is a major liability. That person needs proper training on how to drive.
Spoke with Dave the owner. I explained to him what I saw. He said he doesn't tolerate that and was willing to fire the guy. I consider myself to be a fair person and give second chances. So I told Dave to retrain the guy in safely driving a big vehicle like that. But if I see that kind of driving again, I don't think I will be so forgiving. It just wasn't safe driving!

Our company has been using Freehold Towing for at least 20 yrs. Anytime we call, they send a truck right out, very reliable and dependable company to deal with, highly recommend them.
Unfortunately they claim they service Poets Corner in Freehold but they never want to show up when cars are illegally parked. I have called multiple times over the last couple of years to report illegally parked cars blocking our roundabouts and they find every excuse not to come. They simply don't come and obviously I have not seen them tow anything. I'm not sure how you can claim to service a community that not only do you never visit, but you don't even go to the location when called.
Provided service in inclement weather allowing me to leave the car and handle it without me being present. Utilized them through my credit card benefits. Friendly staff when dealt with over the phone compared to others I spoke to prior to deciding to use my credit cards plan. Dropped the car off and gave me a call to update me when they were on their way. Wish you well in your business.
