Stopped in to get my truck hand washed for the first time at Express Auto Spa and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional. My truck looked as though it had been detailed. The owners and the employees are top notch. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles there and highly recommend this car wash to all.
This place is outstanding, I started with one car, then I loved it so much that i registered two more family cars, employee s are awesome, very polite and excellent customer, manager s superb. Vacuum area excellent, Dennis and Another worker are also super workers.
Best experience I’ve ever had at a car wash. From the friendliness of the staff to quality of work I can not recommend it enough. George is the man and ties the whole experience together perfectly.
This place is great! There is rarely ever a line, automated scan in, the place is always clean (brand new build), the lobby is classy, the workers are always attentive and quick, doesn’t matter if it’s ice cold or red hot they work to dry off your car. I came in today with no appointment, they detailed my car right away. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who loves good service. The owner is a friendly guy. The machines always work, I don’t see mat out of order signs on vacuums etc. I’d easily say it’s the best car wash I’ve ever been to!

We just had the best experience at the Express spa car wash we got a phenomenal deal with the top-tier membership for the month (the flex ) for $15. We were then provided with nothing but A+ service with the towel dryers to the detail-leveled interior service . George and his crew were the best ! Got yourself a member ..

Express has a gentle wash and not concerned with damage to your car. Team on the other hand feels like the brush is pushing in your door .

I come to this Car Wash about once a month and always choose the Flex package, which includes a wash and detailing. The team does an amazing job every time, and my car is always spotless. The car wash itself is new and modern but still has that Colts Neck feel. Everything is new, clean, and well maintained. I love the experience and highly recommend it.

I went through the car wash and it fit my truck which is a little less then 7ft. I was very happy with the end result and very happy I finally found a place that would fit my truck. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be coming back

The staff is extremely cordial. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who explained the membership to me in detail, and who also exhibited a cordiality that is not common in this day and age. I appreciated that he told me that my membership is good at any one of his locations.
The shop is pristine, as well as the waiting area, and the wait was short.
A shout out to Madeline, who detailed my vehicle in such a way that it looked better than new. And she was equally kind!

was going here for a while and was super happy to find a location that does hand car wash. the first time i was there, (the bald guy) idk if he is the owner but he is super attentive and professional, listened to what i wanted and everything was perfect.
But there has been 3 times already that I go and the bold guy is not there. The result of that it has been a disaster, and all 3 times i have been unhappy with the service. some other guy is there now with the ladies that help, they didnt listen to my request and super rude.
really sucks im not coming back here again because of some dumb employees, i wouldnt care but it was my 160k car. now im stuck with a moldy wet smell that comes out my air vents or idk what, everytime i turn on the air conditioner. its so stupid, for sure returning this car now after the lease is done, the smell is that bad.
This car wash is the best everyone there is so nice and helpful! This is my go to car wash from now on. Lester and Tod were so helpful to me when I had something on my car they both came and got it off.

The Livingston NJ staff are pleasant, attentive and professional. A special thanks to DENNIS who was truly outstanding. He was energetic, joyful, and extremely helpful to us in the vacuum and mat wash section. He made the car wash a joy.
McDonald's of car washes, it's okay for the price if you need a quick wash. When going through the wash it sounds like the car is being washed with rubber, never experienced this with any other automated wash. My car is spray detailed at least every other month and has a smooth slick surface.
Not sure about all of the 5 star reviews in the last few months, I pass by it numerous times per week at various times and the place is always empty. Compared to Shrewsbury Car wash and Butchies in Red Bank which always have a line of cars but also provide good service.
It's a nice looking facility but completely misses the mark for this area.
The hard sales tactics for their monthly membership is really off putting, if you want more memberships, just provide good service instead of acting like a used car salesman tricking people into getting one.
Edit: the vacuum area is really excellent, if you don't mind cleaning the interior yourself, it's probably the best in the area.
Express Auto Spa in Colts Neck, NJ, is the way to go for keeping your car clean! I love that you can become a member or just buy a single wash when you need it. The self-service vacuum area is great too, especially since they have the best suction and compressed air around. Plus, you don’t even have to get out of the car when you go through the wash, which is super convenient!
Paid for a detail left with a rush job, broken cup holder, and received a bunch of lack of accountability. I literally witnessed the detailer breaking my cup holder but wasn't sure what was happening until I returned to my vehicle for pickup. He left the damages & told no one so I had to find the manager to address the issue. There was no urgency to assess the damages done, in fact the manager thought it was a joking matter. Mark, the owner's response was "it's an older vehicle things break" I don't care if it's a 1999 you don't damage a customers property and you make light of it and make excuses for your staff! It should've been reported immediately which says a lot about the integrity of the owner of this business and the team. When notifying the owner of the end result Mark was more concerned with disputing how much Lexus would have charged if they did a complete replacement instead of the quick repair they did for me for free; therefore letting express-bang-up-shop off the hook for repair costs. He just can't take accountability, sincerely a trash experience. Buyer beware, you cannot trust these people.
Very nice car wash. They have a great vacuum system, and also blowers for excess water. Nice staff also. Unfortunately they don't do power washing for muddy situations, and mat washing would be nice, maybe in the future.
Wow. This place is next level and beautiful. Going through the car wash is such a fun experience with the LED lighting. It’s relaxing and like nothing I have ever seen. I appreciate the hand toweling too at the end. So thorough. The attendant who got me set up with my monthly pass was incredibly nice too. And the vaccums are actually strong and work so well. No notes for this place. Glad to see these popping up all over NJ.
Best spot by far. Hand car wash + service is excellent. So much attention to detail. Little to no wait time on a Saturday morning. Extremely thorough in the wash, you can tell they take pride in what they do. I don’t know why this place isn’t much busier, one of the only hand car washes in the area and it really is 100% on point. Couldn’t ask for better service. Owner is a class act, thank you, sir!
Hands down the best car wash in the entire area. What makes it the best is not just the beautiful, brand new equipment, it’s the customer service and staff that work here. They make this an enjoyable experience. I want to come back and I will. Highly recommend!

Was referenced to this specific location for my first car wash since I got my car ten months ago. I had an awesome experience. My car came in filthy and came out spotless. Anyone looking for a 5 star express car wash, I would greatly recommend this express auto spa.
5 Stars is NOT good enough!! My Sons Tesla was a "Science project"! We are members , a family of 3 cars ! My deepest apologies to the 2 beautiful young ladies who vacuumed & thoroughly cleaned the interior too ! What a great staff Mark has at this location! Thank you one & all !!!
