First time ordering a truck from this company. Have to say they provided excellent customer service and even went as far as delivering the truck to us. We will definitely do business with them again
I have been to this dealership a couple of times in the past 12 months. I have to say everyone there is very pleasant to work with and have instant updates. They work hard for the customer and do what they say and when they are going to do it. Thanks for all you do and keep up the great service you are providing.
Terrible service ,terrible people nobody knows what they are doing in this place people told me that this place in bad I didn’t believed Management is don’t know how talk with customer just wasted of time in this place!!!!
This place will never see a dollar from me again. I spent $600 for 4 batteries only for them to be defective under 12 months. Additional, with the warranty they refused to fully charge my batteries, and had the nerves to charge me $195.00 per hour to have them fully charged, while I paid &150.00 for each battery.
One of the worst dealers I’ve ever been to the guys at the part hang up on the phone and always has attitude problems when you show up to get parts it takes while to leave the dealer.
Our family-owned truck shop has been doing business with Hunter Truck for years. We purchase parts from Mr. Bob Miller almost everyday and always get timely respond and fair pricing. I have personally dealt with the service department too, and the service we got for our trucks are great, and all of their staff who I talked with are pleasant and courteous. This should be everyone's go-to for Peterbilt dealership.
I can't say enough about Hunter Peterbilt Clarksburg. From the sales manager, to my Salesman Steve Murphy, to the guys in service. They all made my first time purchase process smooth and detailed to every aspect and I would highly recommend them for your next pre owned or new truck purchase.
Terrible service! They kept my Truck for almost 3 months. No one is answering, bad service and please do not use this company if you don’t want to get bankrupt!!!
Had a few issues, but the service manager Jason and Chris were very helpful in rectifying our issues expeditiously. Everyone makes mistakes but the response time was exceptional. They really raised the bar so I must retract and give four stars.
Parts counter reminds me of the good old days when staff knew the product line. In today’s world of special order everything I’m amazed how often Parts has what I need in stock or worst case a day away. Staff is courteous and efficient. Dave is my go to guy for parts although the rest of the guys are capable and easy to strike up a conversation with.
Awesome experience ! Not knowing is worst part of a repair issue. Had a Coolant leak & Hub oil leak -- In at 7:30am -- pressure tested & diagnosed coolant leak & fixed Hub seal -- out by 10 am....
They were earnest, professional & brisk about taking care of the truck issues and getting me out of there asap.
Parts associate was also super helpful in getting parts & fluids...BTW, THIER PRICES ARE GREAT for many items.
Matter-of-face, most times Im there, I am in and out within a day unless a part needs more than day to be delivered. Even then, if I can, I keep driving , till parts come in.

Worst dealership ever! Extremely rude, god forbid you ask the parts counter a question sorry I thought that was your job. Totally disappointed by them.
Not a good mechanic. Did my pm here, change oil and filter. After a day of driving, fuel filter leaks. Find out that the gasket is not in right position. Lost fuel lost money. Got late on a trip. Not recommend this to you.
I've never used their shop because it's always packed. However I have used their part department several times and they always have what I need. And today they really bailed me out. They had a DEF module which nobody had. I'll be back sure.
Call early for a part number and Bryan hang of the phone on me because I don’t buying the part from hem because I’m far from the dealer I was stuck on the hw how can you make a business whit this type of services sad to have people like hem on the truck industry
This company has terrible customer service. I ordered a truck with salesman Rob and manager Brian. The truck was supposed to be ready to purchase in 3 months, instead it took 6 months. In the mean time I purchased another else where because of the poor service. I was still going to continue to purchase this 389 Peterbilt Triaxle that I had ordered. Meanwhile Rob was lying to me the whole time. I found out he sold the truck to another person. He is a liar and no good. If you need my information to verify, contact me at any time.
This is definitely one few remaining GREAT dealerships around. Their Parts and Service departments are phenomenal! I was under a very strict time-sensitive load, and these guys got me in and out faster than most places could even come up with necessary parts. Much appreciation to Jason, Jonathan, and JJ for making me look like an all star! Look forward to doing business with you guys again!
Great place to get work done on your truck. They are super honest, fair and most importantly they stand behind there work. Not a lot of places do that. Ask for Jim he is the service manager there. I can't say enough good things about this place.
I have been dealing with the service department for almost 5 years, and I cannot believe how good they are. I am one of those customers who needs his truck back yesterday, and they always do what they can to get it repaired quickly. I have had one issue with a repair ( which happens) and they made it right immediately. This is a well manager and operated shop who has been HONEST with me every time . They earn their 5 stars from me. Also they work until 11 pm most nights , big deal for our company. I know they take pride in their work. And when you see every employee is happy, and most have been there awhile, you know you're in the right place.
