My wife had an issue with something being stuck in her break caliper and rotor, they were thorough efficient and did everything in a timely manor. They also were extremely fair and honest about the price! I would highly recommend.

Dropped my car off the night prior for brakes which were long overdue. I was initially happy that they completed all necessary work within 24 hours. Was told at pick up that my car had an exhaust leak but wasn’t able to get a quote due to them needing to locate the parts to address it. One week after repairs, I went to turn on my car and my brake pedal was going to the floor after brand new brakes, rotors, and calibers on all four wheels were installed. With help evaluating the potential reason why from a family member, was able to identify that the left rear caliber was leaking brake fluid. Called to inform them and they said bring the car right back which I did appreciate. They did disclose that it was a bad part and replaced it without charging me. While I appreciate the honesty and accountability, it was still unfortunate however because it took up a considerable amount of time out of my work day to return the car and involved me needing assistance from somebody else as well. What I’m most disappointed about is that even after I brought the car back the second time, I again inquired about the exhaust leak as I made it clear I wanted it addressed and fixed after I receive a quote. I was told again that they are looking for the parts still and will reach out when they find it. Well, a month later and still no phone call about addressing the exhaust leak. Brought to another mechanic to address this issue and they were dumb founded that pieces to address an exhaust leak on a base line Mazda was unattainable. It’s clear they don’t want me as a client and intentionally dropped the ball.
Got my jeep towed here when the battery was acting up. Everyone was so patient, kind, and reasonable with everything. They made sure I was able to get to work that night and worked on my car very quickly. I appreciate them and will be a loyal customer!! Thank you!!
Bradley Car Care is truly AMAZING! Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are also very reasonable. They are the first mechanic shop I’ve been to that didn’t try to rip me off just because I am a female. I would highly recommend them!
I used to love this place and would've highly recommended this body shop until recently. I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE which showed me the owners true colors. Long story short they ended up replacing my coolant reservoir which THEY had installed incorrectly. After I picked up my vehicle at the shop, I had a long drive on 95. On my way to my location, the car alerted me to pull over because the engine was overheating. I had no other choice but to pull over on 95 and get a tow truck to take me back to Bradley Car Care so they can take a look why this was happening since they had allegedly just fixed the coolant issue.
When I asked who was at fault, they couldn't own up to the fact that they made a mistake. Not taking accountability for your actions isn't good business practice or morally correct. There was no form of service recovery on their part. I understand mistakes happen but they didn't do anything to make sure I was a happy customer. I will not be going back to Bradley Car Care because they showed me they don't care about my safety or my support.
Very satisfied with the quality of work and price. Stanley is a very personable and forthright guy who took the lead on contacting me with info and explanations. Highly recommend this spot and many others locally recommend it as well. Thank you Bradley Car Care!
Sadly, I won't return. They pulled the $250 upsell for wipers and a filter on a family member, when all that was needed was an oil change. Claimed they saw the car seats in the car and that the wipers were a safety issue.
They won that round, but I won't send new work there. A shame, they had been ethical before.

You walk in and immediately get a feel of family (not mine, but the kind you see on tv 😉) Theresa up front was so sweet and accommodating with my work schedule, an absolute pleasure to talk with as Chuck was looking at my truck. Both him and Dean were phenomenal- very thorough in addressing the issues and concerns I had, and both made me feel very comfortable with the next steps I need to take to keep my girl running smoothly. A place with extremely competitive prices, an absolute phenomenal staff, and all around impeccable service, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take their vehicle in. And if your not that vehicle savvy, like myself, you can trust their intentions are for YOUR satisfaction, never cutting corners or upselling to try and make a buck. You can bet I'll be coming here for any future needs and services- in fact I'm looking to buy a car from them in the next coming months!
A newbie to the area, Bradley Car Care is a denifinite gem of a find, I'd gladly give 5 MORE stars if I could 😀!
It's a strange thing to see coworkers disagree in front of a customer because one thinks the job isn't worth his time. 10 years in Avon and never had a good encounter at this shop.
Sold me a battery in 2019 and told me it had a 6 year warranty. It died every year at least once and this last time I had to get a new battery. It turns out it had a 42 month warranty and they lied to me. The 1st time it died they charged me $90 to check my car to see if that was draining the battery. It wasn't it was the 1st bad battery they gave me. I will never deal with them again.
Thus is how business should be run. Professional people who care about the customer and getting the job done more than making a buck. This place has a staff with top notch integrity. You need a good shop, this is the place
My mom's car needed to be inspected they got me in right away friendly and courteous if I lived closer I would use them as my garage but I live in South Jersey
While visiting the area from PA today, I noticed that my car was a little off from usual (heater not working and engine running a little hot). I stopped by this location before getting back on the road for my long drive to see if they would be able to help. I spoke with two gentleman who were able to help me with my problem and get me back on the road very quickly. I would absolutely suggest this business to my friends and family in the area. They are very friendly, professional and fast!
Total rip off go to Meineke for all your exhaust needs. I was quoted over $1000 to replace exhaust from owner at Bradley’s and Meineke did the work for $300! Meineke didn’t make wait 3 weeks for the repair either for my vehicle! Sorry Bradley Auto you are Rip Off!
BCC, allways the best place to go, friendly service, fast and honest guys, thats why I bring my cars whit them all the time, I used to go to the other shop in Neptune unfortunaly they closed that one but the one on bradley, is the same service, i definilly recomended thjs place,

The service desk employees always drop me off and pick me up when the vehicle is ready. Very friendly staff. They always contact me with a price prior to making the repairs. Can say enough great things about the service I receive. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend this repair shop.👍👍
I won't call them deceptive, dishonest, or even inept, I'll let you decide. Brought my car in because I was having trouble filling gas tank. They gave me an estimate of $1800 which included replacing gas tank and several other items. OK so seemed high like really high. Decided better get a second opinion. Bradley Car Care charged me $98 for looking at my care. So the second guy fixed my car for $88 and that included the $5 dollars worth of gas to test it was working. So for less then what Bradley Car Care charged to look at my car I had my car fixed and working again. So now you get to decide what kind of shop Bradley Car Care is. For myself I have some choice words to describe Bradley Car Care but I don't think I would be able to post them here.
Went in to fix a failed emission test - replaced my catalytic converter and got me through the test - I checked on the billing and they charged me DOUBLE what the part actually costs. Raised the issue and was told tough - that's the price - liars - all the parts stores in the area had the exact part for half the price.
I couldn’t be more disgusted. If you feel like getting ripped off...try going here with your vehicle. I went in today for a headlight replacement. 25 minutes later....I was charged $138 dollars for a HEADLIGHT, a connector and labor! I was there for 25 minutes TOPS and charged a full hour of $90 labor. I paid...felt like this doesn’t seem right...called someone who knows cars...they said I was Absolutely ripped off and I called the shop. I was polite and asked if they had made a mistake. The guy on the phone told me the bulb took a half hour and the connector took a half hour...hmmmm thanks for not helping a customer AT ALL. I know how long I sat in your waiting room. Thanks though. Crooks. I’m local in this area...I will be finding a new mechanic and if anyone I know ever utters the name of this establishment I will make sure they know what kind of scam artists they are. Take your car somewhere else.
Crooks! Don't ever take your car here, especially if you don't know anything about cars. My Family and I were in Avon by the Sea NJ when our 2007 Lexus (90,000 miles) blew a oil coolant hose in July of 2015. This place was only a few blocks from the house we were staying and even recommended by some local neighbors. Though they tried to screw me out of about $2,500. Said it was a rear main seal :-/ and the gasket for the timing chain cover. I smelled BS - and after some research I had the vehicle towed to the Lexus dealer. Turns out it was indeed just that a "recalled" oil coolant hose. Which is funny because I brought this to the attention of the BCC and they called Lexus, wanted to send the SUB out there to have the hose fixed and they stated they would repair the rear main and the timing cover gasket second. SUPER Pinocchio! The service manager, Stanley(owner) and even the mechanic knew exactly what was happening. When I asked to view the car while on the lift and they agreed - the mechanic stood there for a minute but was called away to the sales office. I could see their embarrassment and more so Anger in Stanley, the owners eyes and face. When I called them out and said put my car back together - I'm going elsewhere. I contemplated requesting a federal fraud investigation be opened - but soon got over it - karma's a B---H
If your vehicle needs a part they order from a wholesaler National Auto Supply, which is 2 blocks away from the shop, and they charge you double what the part sells for. Mechanics cut corners if the job is too difficult. If my car was on fire and I was right next to this place I wouldn't even use their fire extinguisher... STAY AWAY!!!
I just called Bradley Car Care and spoke with LLOYD who told me he had lots of people in the office and couldn't talk....HE HUNG UP ON ME !!!! I immediately called back and told me how shocked I was that he hung up on me....he said sorry and hung up on me again....I HAVE LIVED IN BRADLEY BEACH MY ENTIRE LIFE !!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.....I am beyond shocked, and I demanded that the owner, which Stanley is not, to return my call immediately.
If I could give them a lower rating, I would.
There are a few things that I could complain about, but I'll stick with the main one. When I got my van back, the doghouse (the part that covers the engine) wasn't latched on properly, nor was the radio connected and they had ripped a hole in my leather armrest. I knew they could at least fix the 1st 2 issues, so I took it back to them and rather than fixing it on the spot (since they didn't do it right the first time) I was put at the back of the line and had to leave my van overnight so they could fix it.
Once I picked up my van, it took me a couple of days, but I eventually noticed the straw that broke the camel's back. Their mechanics didn't know how to put the doghouse back on properly so instead of calling to tell me that, they screwed it in. That's right, they put a screw on each side through my dash without even asking me.
If you value your car, take it somewhere else.
