I went in looking for a simple 5 pin relay to the Belmar, NJ Autozone on 1733 RT 35 S, 11:00 am, 11/2/25. I was the only customer in the store and there were two employees there. I went right to the counter and explained what I needed. They wanted to know make & Model. I explained that this was for a 50 year old motorcycle project I was working on, and not a replacement of a stock part. Just a standard 12V, 5-pin 30 amp relay. They said the relays were in back and they needed make and model to find it. They were not willing to look up relays on their computer until we found the right one. I asked if I could go back and look myself, as I knew exactly what I needed. They refused, so I said, OK we'll just keep guessing random makes & models until we find the right one. They got rude with me and said they were too busy to do that, but I was the only customer in the store! They were not willing to look relays up on their computer until we found one. I left in disgust and went 1 mile down the road to Advanced Auto, where the employees were friendly and helpful. They looked up 5-pin relays on their system until we found the right one (pn 88069) and got one right away. What a difference, AutoZone is off my list of auto parts suppliers.

Kevin was so kind and helpful, he tested my battery before helping me select an affordable but good car battery. He even went an extra mile to help replace it and pick out new windshield wipers.

My experience at this location was excellent. The sales associates were friendly and attentive. Each person works as a team helping each other. From Chip who sold me my battery to Vicky who put my battery in my car. She is very knowledgeable about cars and their workings. She had my battery in my car in minutes. I would definitely tell others to so at this location. Thank you. AutoZone of Wall Township.

Store assistance are great, polite obliging and helpful. I am learning about my car to fix what I can and store employees have helped with questions.

Outstanding customer service 1st via phone and extended to in store visit. Mike took his time and assisted navigating through an entire isle of options and assisted outside with installing.

Joe and his companion (sorry didn't get name I hope u can figure out) were both so AMAZING AND HELPFUL!! I wasn't really sure why my battery light was lighting up and no barely anything about cars and wasn't even sure if they'd be able to help me but MORE THAN HELP THEY DID!! They were incredibly professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable through the whole process. I've never received such excellent service from any where else and cannot express how grateful I am!!! I hope they are appreciated, valued and paid well!!!

I went to Autozone the other day because I needed and battery and one of the workers, Maddox, was extremely helpful. He was very eager to help me and got me the right battery I needed. Everyone in the store was very friendly and super helpful.

Went In around 3 pm. Pedro at the counter said he couldn't help me being he was doing returns . Pathetic... Autozone will have same fate as advanced. You guys suck... Amazon is king.

The only reason this is my new favorite place to go is because of the wonderful and outstanding customer service. Scott and Maddox were respectful and treated me like a real person. I'm a girl so I don't know much about these things with power washers etc. But they explained and showed me. It was a great experience. AutoZone management should be proud of themselves along with the executives up top to be hiring such confident and nice men. 5*.

I had a flat tire today and luckily made it to this AutoZone’s parking lot. The team was incredibly helpful the whole time even if I wasn’t a customer. Big shout out to Maddox and Eli and the rest of the team, you guys showed true hospitality!! Thank you so much again!!

Went in to this location, at 8am on a Saturday to get a replacement battery for my motorcycle. No one else was in the store; as I walked in, a large, sickly looking man begrudgingly asked me if I needed help to which I responded, "I need a replacement battery" and his was response was... "good luck" and proceeded to blow his nose in front of me and not sanitize them in any way. He then proceeded to handle the battery I brought in, with his now gross, germ-filled hands and attempted to find a replacement. The one he picked out and brought to the desk kind of matched mine but not enough. When I suggested it wasn't 100% correct and started looking at the other batteries, he wandered off without saying a word to another customer. It's not like he had a long day... the store had literally just opened. Needless to say, I didn't purchase a battery and will not be returning to this location.

Very straght forward and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. Helped this old man tremendously. So use to an incompetent staff at the Trenton store that this is a treat.

So much attitude for no reason. Literal words were “ well if it doesn’t work it doesn’t mean it’s not defective” like what??? Don’t come here

I went to buy headlamps for my vehicle, and they gave me the wrong ones. When I went to return them, Chris had a very nasty attitude and was rude. At first they were not going to give a refund, but they eventually did. I was still willing to do business with them and asked if they had my bold, but he just stated no right away. I then went to the AutoZone in Neptune across from the Popeyes and they were very helpful. They even came outside to double check and make sure they gave me the right bulbs. Chris is definitely not customer friendly, I would go to Neptune for good service from here on.

Had a great experience today getting new wiper blades! Kyle K. recommended a brand because I had no idea where to start. He also changed the rear wiper for me and showed me how to do the front ones when the time comes. I also saw him helping other customers with their items while I was on the phone in my car before I went in. I appreciate his time & expertise!

I stopped in for a new radiator cap and coolant. Ed was very helpful and he even took the time to diagnose another problem my car was having. He recommended a local shop to get the work done and they were able to get everything fixed the next day. Great service!

Super kind and helpful staff. They got me what I needed lickity split. And when I inevitably failed at installing the blinker bulb an incredibly helpful staff member came out and took care of the problem. In fact he was able to deduce it wasn't a bulb and a disconnected wire saving saving me the headache of figuring that out. Definitely will return for future auto parts needs

I stopped in because I had a head light out, and didn’t have any tools. John and David really went the extra mile to help, and put it in for me. I asked multiple times if I could tip them but they told me they just genuinely wanted to help. FIVE STARS!! Highly recommend

I am very happy with this store. Upon entering, I am always greeted with a Hello even if the cashiers are checking others out. That really makes a difference knowing that you store takes pride in customer service. Every time I go in this store they always help me find what I need and everything is always clean and well stocked. Well done! Keep up the good work!!!

Ryker is the man, great customer service and knows his stuff, very detail oriented. Bought a serpentine belt that I had to install on the side of the highway in the rain because my car was not driveable, but what saved me was he had the forethought to print me a routing diagram for it and everything, otherwise I'd spend a lot more time looking for it. Of course then the belt ripped again because the AC in the car was seized, and he helped me pick the right size belt for an AC delete which worked out great and got me home an hour and a half away in no time. Great staff, the owner is very lucky to have them!

Employees- Ryker, Eddie, and Nick worked as a team to really help me out. They were all multitasking and working hard. I’m very impressed and I think the owner ought to know that. My car was starting weakly and I took it to this autozone to test my battery. I was in and out in 10 minutes new battery installed. Fair price, quick service, and very friendly and informative customer service. I highly recommend this location and I feel good about spending money here.

Knowledgeable staff. Very patient , kind and took the extra time and effort to make sure I got the right part. Gave helpful info. They were also very sweet to my dog whom I held while I asked for assistance. Store is very clean and orderly .

The staff here is very knowledgeable and very kind. John tried for quite a while to get my stubborn brake light changed in this awful heat and even showed me how to do it if it happens again. Paul assisted and ultimately finished the change when that light was so stubborn. Would recommend over and over again. So nice to find a business that actually goes above and beyond just making a sale.
