I was in a pinch with a broken down truck and got some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The towing was quick and they were extremely fair and transparent with everything. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a tow!
Driving up from college in VA, drove about 6 hours. Transmission went out. He was EXTREMELY helpful on the phone and was very patient with my stupid questions. He arrived very fast, way quicker than AAA. He let me sit at nice spot in Patterson and saved my week.
Al is a true renaissance man and a gentleman. He rescued me after a tire blowout on a particularly dangerous hill on I-78 northbound in the middle of the night and was able to change my tire at a safe location. Thank you for your grace and assistance during my darkest hour!
Very nice guy he drove us to our destination and he responds faster than everyone out there doesn’t mind going over and above for you he was very kind and patient great taste in music too please we need more tow drivers like this most of them aren’t nice or affordable! I called Ford's to pull out a truck that was stuck in mud , they responded right away and showed up within 30 min. Very efficient and reliable. Definitely call them if you need any towing service.
I called 6 tow truck companies and no one would come out to tow my car from a parallel park. Ford's towing came out right away..jumped my car and towed it. All within less the 15 minutes. Highly recommend this company over any other tow truck companies in the Phillipsburg NJ area. Very pleased.
Albert himself, the OWNER, came right to where i was stranded~middle of 78 West & NOT a CLUE! ~ within 15 MINUTES!! He also recommended the best Tire shop to go to & got me there in 10 minutes! He knows the area, was cheerful & informative...and the man loves Beaches5/5
Can't say enough good things about Ford's Towing. Called late evening in need of a tow on the highway, Albert answered the call right away and arrived within the time he stated. He brought my truck to a mechanic he recommended and even gave me a ride home (luckily I lived local :)). Ford's will definitely be my go to for any towing needs in the future. Price was fair and service was top notch.

I cannot say enough great things about Albert Ford and Ford Towing! As the owner of a service company, I’ve used Al four times now for four different vehicles, and every single experience has been equally impressive.
Most recently, my transmission failed at 4:30 PM on a Saturday in the worst possible spot—a construction zone on Route 31. After managing to push the truck to a small area on the side of the road, I was still in a dangerous spot. Given the day and time, I figured help would take hours. However, Al assured me he would get there as soon as he wrapped up his current job.
To my surprise, while I was walking to the nearby police department to inform them of the location of the truck just 10 minutes away, I got a call from Al saying he was already there and had my truck secured on the flatbed! His speed, efficiency, and professionalism blew me away.
What gives me total peace of mind with Ford Towing is knowing I can trust Al completely. I don’t need to be there for him to do the job right—he always meticulously ensures my vehicle is locked and the keys are safely left with the service company.
“Professional” is truly an understatement. Al goes above and beyond every time. I will never think twice about calling anyone other than Ford Towing. If you need towing services, Ford Towing is the only name you need to know!

I won't use anyone but Albert at Ford's Towing from now on. 8:30 on a Sunday night the clutch on my son's motorcycle went out. We called Ford's and in 30 minutes Albert was there! He is an absolute lifesaver!! Great guy, great service! Like I said I won't call anyone else EVER again. Side note that other BIG company whose card everyone has in their wallet (triple letters) told us we don't have motorcycle towing coverage, made us add it and THEN told us it was going to take 7 days for it to take effect. Call Ford's - he won't leave you stranded like that other company.
I called Albert to get my car towed 60+miles away from my home. It was short notice. He came right on time. He was polite and very professional. I originally picked the company because of the reviews. I now understand how great he really is. He has customer for life, I will not use another company other than his. Thank you so much Albert. I met Albert 3 years ago he towed on friend of mines truck home from Holland to the Poconos….on a Sunday afternoon. I had an issue today with my own rig, still had his business card in my wallet. He was waiting at truck before I even got back to it (happened 7 miles from home I had called a neighbor for a ride and left the truck to deal with it later)
Courteous, professional and friendly! Put his flatbed through my garage door and placed my baby right in the shop where I wanted it. Wouldn’t even accept a tip from me!

Albert, the owner was available right away while AAA was not. Within 35 minutes of calling him, my car was on his flatbed. He did a fantastic job caring for my car at a reasonable & fair price. I would definitely use him in the future and highly recommend his services.
I got Ford’s towing by mistake or some air on Google but I am sure glad I did. He was quick to retrieve me and very attentive to my needs/situation. Also, it was snowing very hard throughout my ordeal and we had to cross the state line
