I was in a pinch with a broken down truck and got some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The towing was quick and they were extremely fair and transparent with everything. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a tow!
Driving up from college in VA, drove about 6 hours. Transmission went out. He was EXTREMELY helpful on the phone and was very patient with my stupid questions. He arrived very fast, way quicker than AAA. He let me sit at nice spot in Patterson and saved my week.
Al is a true renaissance man and a gentleman. He rescued me after a tire blowout on a particularly dangerous hill on I-78 northbound in the middle of the night and was able to change my tire at a safe location. Thank you for your grace and assistance during my darkest hour!

I called 6 tow truck companies and no one would come out to tow my car from a parallel park. Ford's towing came out right away..jumped my car and towed it. All within less the 15 minutes. Highly recommend this company over any other tow truck companies in the Phillipsburg NJ area. Very pleased.

Can't say enough good things about Ford's Towing. Called late evening in need of a tow on the highway, Albert answered the call right away and arrived within the time he stated. He brought my truck to a mechanic he recommended and even gave me a ride home (luckily I lived local :)). Ford's will definitely be my go to for any towing needs in the future. Price was fair and service was top notch.
