My car was towed to AAB due to a collision that damaged the entire left side of the car. The repair cost was five figurers. Craig and Teresa were exceptionally helpful. They assisted with the insurance and arranged for the delivery and pickup of a rental car. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional. My nine year old car looks new. I highly recommend Allentown Auto Body.

It’s rare to find an auto body shop where you feel comfortable and know that you aren’t being taken advantage of. They are a family owned/operated auto shop that is fairly priced and do an excellent job in an efficient amount of time! Time is crucial when u have to rent a car while ur car is being repaired!! I highly recommend Allentown Auto and will def refer them to everyone I know!

Allentown Auto Body is wonderful! I brought my car in after getting in an accident that messed the driver’s side doors and frame up pretty bad. After my car was ready, it looked brand new! The quality of not only the car work being done but also the customer service is unparalleled. I would highly recommend Allentown Auto Body to anyone looking for a repair shop!
Teresa, and Craig are always a delight to work with, and extremely fair. The work the whole shop does is outstanding, and Craig will not allow anything to go that isn't right. Pleasure doing business with them.

I called Scott, explaining who I was and before I could finish, he said, the white Honda? I said yes. He said yea, so…what’s the problem? I told him there was a DENT in the glass as well as exposed glass and gapping; and that Craig told me I had to deal directly with him. He said are you wearing glasses I said NO! he then said, look, that windshield was the best out of the 3 that I got in. I can put the other windshield back on for you. I said, you want to put the previously confirmed defective windshield back on my car as a fix? He said yea, or I can put on the original windshield-I still have that one. I said THE ONE WITH THE SNOW FLAKES IN IT!? and he said yea-there was nothing wrong with that one. I said, NO. that is unacceptable! -suggesting to use an already agreed upon defective windshield as a correction. He then told me that windshields only have a 1-year warranty and there was nothing else he was willing to do.
I did get the windshield replaced via Safelite. Safelite confirmed that the windshield Allentown Autobody put on my car was not only defective, but they didn’t even seal the windshield properly and it would have leaked! Once that windshield came out, Safelite was able to show me where the seal was not meeting the glass. They also showed me that the clips in the cowl were broken. Safelite technician said he has never seen a job so sloppy in the 20+ years he has been repairing glass as a master technician.
Craig, you knew the defective windshield was making my car unsafe to drive. You let me drive with it anyway and you even had the audacity to question my judgment. You were so condescending – only to have to admit that I was correct that the windshield was defective. And then you “repaired” it by releasing my car with ANOTHER defective windshield.
How dare you.
Shame on you.
I'll get straight to the point...Allentown Auto Body is the BEST auto repair shop I've ever gone to! An auto accident is one of the most unpleasant experiences anyone could ever have. But, having the right people get you back on the road makes it feel not so bad.
The owners, Craig and Teresa, made the entire process effortless for me. They handled every detail with caring and professionalism including getting my car to their shop, working with my insurance company and returning my rental for me when I picked up my car.
Craig took the time to explain everything about the repairs they would be doing and answered all my questions before they started the work. He even reminded me to take everything out of the car that I may need in the rental such as EZPass, my umbrella and sunglasses. Things I hadn't thought about.
My car was fixed and ready to go ahead of the time frame they had given me. This saved me money on the rental because I returned it early. Their team is top notch. My car looks amazing!
I will use Allentown Auto Body in the future and will happily recommend them to everyone I know.

No one ever wants to get into a car accident but Craig & Teresa make it as easy of an experience as possible. They go over and beyond anything I would expect from a body shop. They had a rental truck waiting for me when I arrived. I brought in my filthy work truck after being side swiped and they returned my truck fully repaired and as clean as the day I bought it. They washed and even removed an old decal mark on the utility cap which was no part of the repair at all. They are a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them hands down! I cannot stress enough the superior level of customer service that I received from Teresa and Craig. My parked car was hit by another driver and from the moment I contacted Allentown Autobody they made the whole repair process extremely easy. They dealt with the insurance company directly. All I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up. I didn’t even have to book the rental... they contacted the insurance company and did it for me. Despite never having patronized their establishment before I felt like a long lost family member in my interactions with them; they are so kind. When I picked up my car it looked as if the accident never even happened and they gave me a Starbucks gift card and a soda for the road. They even washed my car and vacuumed out the inside! They obviously take great pride in their work. Thank you Teresa and Craig for a wonderful experience!☺️

What excellent work! I hit a deer on a Thursday morning and had extensive damage. By Thursday afternoon they took the car in to repair. By the following Wednesday afternoon the car was finished for pick up. Such speedy and again I will say Excellent work.... car looks like new again. Thank you and I will recommend you to everyone
I had an accident with my 2017 Chevrolet LTZ Silverado in Late September of 2018. I got sandwich between cars waiting in the Drive-Thru line at MacDonald's in East Windsor, NJ. Relatives of my Wife's suggested I contact Allentown Auto Body since that had vehicles repaired my them. Meet with Craig and Teresa and they prepared an estimate which ended up being almost the same as my Insurance adjuster's estimate. My insurance gave Craig the go ahead and they completed the repairs in one week. They had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped of the truck and I left the rental car with them when I returned for my truck. They did an excellent repair and are wonderful people to work with.
These guys are the very best! Reading reviews from other's demonstrates a clear pattern of happy customers. Craig and company are wonderful to work with, make it simple and take care of everything. I don't know who "google user" is, but they clearly feel the need to hide anonymously! Great service and could not be happier.
