Don’t usually leave reviews but this company absolutely deserves one. From the initial phone call to the time of pick up I was treated more like a lifetime friend other than a customer. Super easy and a pleasure to talk to and deal with, they explained the process, gave me an offer, made an appointment, also kept me informed every step of the way on the day of pick up. Not to mention was right on time and was a no haggle process when it came time to payment and removal. Whole thing took less then 7 minutes from arrival to departure. Called RLK literally 14 hours ago to come get our car we don’t use and he came that fast. He actually surprised me with how much he offered for it. And the guy was so very nice and friendly to talk to. Would use him again if I ever needed to!
Great customer service speedy transaction and all around pretty cool guy.. took one phone call he was there in 20 mins or less after waiting for another tow company for over an hour and offered me more money then the competition.. if I ever need to junk a car again or even tow I’ll be calling these guys thanks for the service

I had a Pickup Truck needed to be junked. I called Rlk Towing and I spoke to Ron. He was very professional , offered a very high price and also scheduled me right away. He confirmed the pick up time again the day before. On the day he called me as he was on his way and arrived promptly. It took Ron a few minutes to pick the truck, paid the agreed amount . Absolutely fantastic!! We had 2 vehicles to scrap and called on a Sunday morning. Ron returned our call within 2 hours, gave us a reasonable price, and was here in about an hour as promised. Definitely one of the best business experiences. Totally professional, friendly, and helpful. Definitely was cool that he was a car guy too. When I called to set up a pick up for my vehicle with no motor or transmission, Ron gave no hesitation in picking it up where all other places I called said they wouldn’t take a car with no motor or transmission. He called me an hour and a half before the scheduled pick up, and showed 10 min before he said he would. Prompt and on time. Everything went fast and smooth. Ron was great! I got into my first accident and totalled my car and I found RLK on Google and Ron made the process super easy he scheduled an appointment with me, was diligent and communicated with me very well on the day of pick up. He was prompt and on time when meeting mw t the junk yard to get my car and even helped me move things out of/off my car and gave me a really good amount for my car. Highly recommend especially if you're a younger because getting into an accident is low-key traumatic and stressful because there is so much to worry about and he really made this process so simple.
He was so kind, he came promptly to pick up my truck! He was very nice as he acquired the information to get there and patiently waited as I assisted my son. I didn’t lift a muscle as he got my truck out of there in no time. He even offered to remove my plates ! We swapped papers, I gave him the keys, and my truck was off to it’s last destination! Super easy to deal with. Made several calls when junking my wrecked Subaru. Some offered more but didn’t show or came and changed the offer price or wanted to charge me for a tow???
