Almost 5 hours so far and haven't even been called to door or been communicated with at all. Verified i was checked in with girl at desk. All trucks before and and after my arrival are being loaded. Maybe if my primary language wasn't English I would at least know what the hell is going on.
First time here, and it wasn't that bad. I arrived 4 hours early for my appointment, and I received a dock right away. Loading was slow because they wanted to get the other appointments out of the way since I had arrived early. Restroom and vending machine available inside during operating hours. Tight parking, so don't be shy and ask for help.
11am appointment, 1630 still loading, another driver backs in and 20minutes later pulls out with full load, this place is all about favorites. If you come here every day you will be in and out if they know you. If not or if they don’t care for your company they will make you wait a long time. Has really gotten bad the last few months, use to be in and out within 2 hrs of your appointment.
When I first saw the reviews, I was skeptical, but still, I wentwith good faith, The lady in shipping and receiving is not that much of talkative so she might seem rude.
I came here at 1 PM for a 5 PM appointment waited in the back street, with fire lane no parking signs, a couple of police cars drove by and said nothing about it, i was assigned a door by 6 pm and was out by 7 pm,
The if you are backing in dock 6 or 8 and there is trucks already parked in docks , don’t be shy ask for assistance from other drivers, the backing can be very tricky as there is fire hydrant and small wall in front of some docks take your time and goal as much as you want
Waiting for a door for 2 hours, the lady by the window was very rude. I will remember this company's name, and in whatever business they are involved, I will not support it. Please hire some professionals.. Never coming back here
Park on the street and walk across lot to check in. By far this isn’t the worst place to back into a door but depending on the door you get and traffic backing in the dock can be a nightmare. Usual loaded and out in less than 2 hours.
I don't recommend this place avoid , the people in the office they are very rude They will give you the door according to their mood, they send you to park outside in the street where there are tons of signs that you cannot park, be careful, the police issue many fines….
driver got there at 740am. Fcfs from 8am to 10am to deliver. Its 11:25am now and the driver is not even at a door. they are telling the driver he has to wait for 12 pm.

I come here occasionally; everytime the experience is bad. Today the bathroom is out of service, and there
is no portapotty. Where the tractor
trailers back in, there is a concrete rectancle about 30 feet long that you
have get the front of your truck around.

Schneider trailers in this lot. The shipping office, where the drivers check in at, is dirty.
Years later and this place doesn’t change!! Avoid this place at all cost!!! Loads here are worth nothing due to the bad experience!! Find out for yourself!!!!
Shouldn't come here. Loads by Appointment only.They told me appointment was not scheduled and refused to load until broker can fix it. Uber Freight Broker had issue and didn't fix it. And they refuse to approve TONU, so I encourage you not to book load from this place
People are so rude I was looking at the reviews from 3 years ago and still the same the lady at the office is so rude and she's yelling looks like she owns the warehouse she got me waiting on the street and they have 50 doors occupied with Schneider trailers , never coming back here again
This place isn't my favorite.. For starters, the docking yard is split between two different companies and its extremely small.. Secondly, The people at the receiving desk are very impolite/impatient. No help at all.. Lastly, you have to park your rig on the outside street and wait for someone to tell you when to hit the dock. Meanwhile there is only one active door for pallet loads, yet there are at least 11 more doors being occupied by trailers without trucks underneath them. It took about an hour to get a door and another 2 hours for my trailer to be loaded. I'm just glad to be out of there, hopefully I won't be heading back anytime soon.
10 doors that I can see.... all for schneider preloads by the looks of it. 1 door for all others. Lady in office is rude and unfriendly. Park on the street or get yelled at like a child.
