We are still waiting on a credit back for $165 on a corroded Alloy rim that was sold to us back in February. We called as soon as the delivery guy brought it and left it in our shop .It took them a month to pick it back up as well. I sent several emails and called several times. Bad business !
I called a number of junkyards to find an old part, the needle in a haystack. This place was my last stop and my first time using them. I was frustrated with how rude the other junkyards staff were and unwilling to help locate my part. Michael and Joe were not only helpful and accommodating, but extremely pleasant to work with. Highly recommended! Thank you!
Counter guy was good but the Grade A part a used bumper for $550 dollars is a joke got it apart, broken tabs galore, been repaired by a hack. painted by maaco or some crapola.. Grade C at best and def not worth 550..
Places order 12/31 told wait would be 5 days. Two weeks later I contact Joe every other day. He behaves condescendingly as if my business is not big enough to be a concern. Dismissive of customers concerns. Contacted on 1/17 and told part is and has been available 3 days. I called him out on the lie as we spoke last two days prior. In that conversation I expressed I would give one more day before requesting a full refund. After being called out on the false statement he responds the part arrived that same day and that he made numerous attempts to contact me. All false statements again. Overall poor customer service.
never buy any parts from this place again. returned a used transmission that i bought from them but never get my money back. the driver misplaced it. they never find it and blamed us never return the transmission. very bad service
Was given a price over the phone by JOE, I walk in and he immediately adds $400 to the initial price. I had asked him multiple times over the phone and he confirmed the amount. Do not buy from these geese. Very unprofessional and deceiving. Joe is a sleazy salesman.
Recently purchased a fender for my bmw granted fender is used and it is an older car I drove an hour and a half for it was told fender was a+ really nice shape I get there and fender was dented every where lucky I’m a body guy and will fix it and didn’t feel like arguing since I drove an hour and a half for it but definitely was not in the Shape I was told it was in.

I needed a windshield for my 2000 Porsche boxster S I wanted OEM to match the other glass in my car. Michaelsons had it when I got there. The glass wasn't to my satisfaction. When I expressed my concerns, Joe. Found me the perfect glass. I drove a 150 miles to get it. And of course, as you know, it's so worth the trip to get the right part for a call like this. Can't thank Joe enough for his diligence. He definitely went above and beyond to help me get what I needed for my car? I highly recommend going there for parts. The customer service was over the top !

I came to Michaelson auto to buy a wheel. The next day I was going to go camping. I was sent to the backyard to find a wheel myself. I needed 215×45×17. There was no such wheel. I found 225×45×17. I asked the seller if I can return it if it doesn't fit. I was assured that there were no problems. You can hand it back. The seller sold me a wheel without markings. When I came back after 6 days (I was camping). Another seller (that seller was not there) did not want to return. He immediately began to object and refused to return it. He took my time and nerves and peace. Keep in mind.
Michaelsons deserves a TEN star rating. They go out of their way to help, not just conduct business. When I go there I feel like I am talking to my brothers. They CARE and it shows in everything they say, and do. If you want the absolute best service at the best price, this is the place to go. And just buy some remote possibility, if something doesn’t turn out right, they will make it right. I put my complete trust in Michaelsons. They have earned my respect and my admiration. This is the way business should be run, and this is the way human beings should treat each other.

Terrible people. Linda and her husband are terrible people. Drove 6 hours to buy a car from her, turns out car has a bad steering pump, exhaust, seats, tires, and she denied the accident when I showed her the carfax. After I agreed to buying the car, with the high price she is requesting she refused to come to the bank with me so it would be safer for both of us. She wanted me to bring the cash to her shop. Absolutely horrible people, and can’t be trusted whatsoever. Stay away from them at all cost, thats the best advice I can give you if your reading this review.
Very good experience overall. I do not do this for a living and just another weekend warrior trying to fix my car. Thanks for saving me lot of money on my Honda odyssey liftgate. Prices are very reasonable compared to others. Big shout out to Joe for his business ethics and he is very knowledgeable. All the staff are very helpful and goes beyond expectations. Thanks to Joe for even letting me have something that they don't sell or inventory.

Ordered a part (Camry fender) online. Online experience was quick and painless. Picked up my part after a couple of days, but got stuck in huge NJ traffic. I live over 1hr away from there, and I wasn't going to make it by closing time (5pm). I called ahead and they said they'd wait up for me, which they did. Picked up my fender, and it was perfect. Best price on the part as well. Great transaction. Will hit them up next time I need parts. Maybe they can source an engine for my LS swap!
Very happy with Joe at the counter but not happy with my overall first experience buying parts here. I ordered an alternator for a Honda accord that was hit and that's to be expected but when they pulled the alternator from the car no one cared to simply look at the connector that was clearly broken off along with not simply spinning it to make sure its not seized in any direction before having me pick it up. I paid for it in advance and came in to grab it last minute before closing and didn't notice until I got back to my shop. Id like to get my money back but honestly just so disappointed in the lack of simple communication from a business
First we called for a part and the person who answered the call asked us to go for it. We told him we are coming From an hour away and he said he was gonna give us a little discount for that reason. We drove there and Joe initially said he wasn’t going to be able to take it out that same day N we would have to come back for it. He complained that the price he gave us was too low to get some to work on it. I ended up paying him the full price agreeing that he would start working on it immediately. He said he was gonna call us to when the part is ready. I Came back an hour late, he said half an hour. I THen went to restaurant eat and came back an hour later and he said very soon. I can see the car still hanging and no one is working on it. I have been waiting for it. It’s 2:36 now and arrived here before 11 . While waiting, decided to share my experience.

Expect to be mislead and given the runaround all while being overcharged.... and best of all confirm the item is onsite otherwise you should not expect it in a timely manner. Joe is probably the most two faced salesperson you can come across after the money grab expect nothing but problems.
I needed a door for my SUV and was fortunate to locate one at Michaelson. Jeff and Joe were great, patiently answering the questions of someone like me who is not familiar with the various issues that arise when buying a part from a wreck (e.g., is the mirror included, do I have to remove the door from the wreck myself, are the "guts of the door included, etc.). They were a pleasure to deal with and will be my first call for any future parts. Their price was also very fair. Thanks again guys.
Michaelson auto is by far the best used auto place in Middlesex County. If you are looking for top class customer service and parts, this is your place. I bought knuckle spindle assembly for my 2011 civic for both front driver and pessenger side. The one for the pessenger side turned out to be perfect, but the driver side made loud grinding noise. I took the defective part back and after explaning the situation, Joe gave me a full refund. My only recommendation for them is to provide bit more detail into their 6 months warranty and return policy, specially for customers who are not professional mechanics. In this age when all the search databases are available on the internet and customers can find the best deals in seconds; business with best customer service, and best warranty wins! The owner lied to me said the vehicle I was buying was a decent work truck, told me all it needed was a sensor. 3500$ later in sensors and plugs and coils turns out the truck has a bad motor. Rotted under the bed, bad u joints bad transmission cracked leaf spring. What sucks worse is he sold me this vehicle knowing I’m a young parent with 2 kids. Had a long conversation about how it’s hard for young people to have kids financially. I’ve bought parts here before never had a problem until I bought a truck off of the guy. Anyone who can do something grimy like that doesn’t deserve a good review. I want him to know he screwed a young parent out of 6000$ and it was wrong. I was trying to get the most economical fix for a car and this place was straight up the best prices, even for parts they needed to order. They were fast, efficient and always helpful when I called (and I called A LOT). Joe in sales was top notch in customer service and Ray in the back was incredibly helpful finding the parts and tying the stuff down in the truck. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy reasonable auto parts.
I bought a drive shaft from these guys and they sent me a part that was useless. It took them like an extra week after my first complain to figure out what they had sent me. They made me go to my mechanic and take pictures of what they sent me because they didn't know what they had sent. Once I escalated the issue with the management they find me a part with another dealer and I got the wrong part from them again. I lost like 3 weeks in the process. Horrible customer support as well.
