Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted immediately. I presented a part that was extremely hard to match. With their professionalism and expertise, they were able to match the part. I searched the internet and went to two other auto parts stores without success. I only wish I had visited this establishment first. I highly recommend Norwood Auto Parts due to the experience and the exceptionally qualified and highly skilled professional staff.
Manager Israel was informative and very knowledgeable in getting me the parts I needed to fix my car. I will be getting all my parts from norwood from now on.
I found out about this Auto parts store online in 2018. They sell quality parts for both American and foreign cars. The prices are very competitive versus the big parts stores. They sell major and minor car parts such as oils, filters, coolants, bulbs, etc. If they don't have it in stock, they can have it ordered. The guys at the counter are very helpful and don't give car novices like myself a hard time. This location is only open until 5:30 PM. One of the guys at the counter told me they have 18 locations, which surprised me. I would recommend to anyone to give this place a try.
One of the few of the old school auto parts store that offers quality merchandise, expert advise, good customer service. They take their time and don't rush through a sale.. 90 years in business, must be doing something right......
